    Abstract: The present invention discloses a crane and an automated storage and retrieval system. The crane includes a first arm, a second arm, a first vertical transmission mechanism and a second vertical transmission mechanism. The first vertical transmission mechanism transmits the first arm and the second arm to move vertically in a synchronous manner, and the second vertical transmission mechanism transmits the second arm to move vertically with respect to the first arm. As such, the present invention can increase the moving volume of a single turn of movement as well as improve the moving efficiency and production efficiency.

    Abstract: A warehouse system and method for detecting air particles in a warehouse are disclosed. The warehouse system includes storage locations, air filters, a cartridge, and a control base. The air filters are correspondingly arranged on outer sides of each storage location. A detecting module of the cartridge detects the air particles on a surface of corresponding air filter of the abnormal storage locations. The detecting module further calculates a radius of the air particles and transmits the radius of the air particles to the control base.     Abstract: A transporting device for transporting substrate of liquid crystal display and using method thereof are provided. The transporting device comprises a fixing arm, at least two forks mounted on the fixing arm, laser emitting devices respectively mounted on the forks that are used to carry two ends of the substrate, laser sensors mounted on the fixing arm and corresponding to the laser emitting devices, a processor mounted on the fixing arm and connected to the laser sensors, and air damping devices mounted below the forks that are used to carry two ends of the substrate. The droop amount and the vibration of the fork can be measured when the transporting device is carrying a substrate, and it can be determined whether the droop amount and the vibration are abnormal. If they are abnormal, the laser emitting device will be started up to alleviate the vibration of the fork.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an air cleaning unit which contains a blower, an acid/alkaline filter device, and a particle filter device. The blower draws in outside air through the acid/alkaline filter device and produces an air flow through the particle filter device. The acid/alkaline filter device absorbs the acid/alkaline gases in the outside air. The particle filter device traps the particles in the air flow. Through this design, the blower draws in air filtered by the acid/alkaline filter device.     Abstract: The present invention provides an aligning apparatus for glass substrate to properly align the glass substrate during transfer along a conveyor. The aligning apparatus includes a plurality of rollers, at least a pair of directional beams, at least a pair of positioning devices, a piston, and a detecting device. The detecting device is used to detect whether there is an offset of the glass substrate during the transportation, and the piston will be triggered once an offset is found and determined. The piston will move the positioning device such that a portion of the positioning device which extends to the roller will push the offset glass substrate so as to bring the glass substrate back to the correct position. The present invention also discloses a method to conduct the alignment of the glass substrate. By the disclosure of the present invention, the glass substrate transferred on the rollers can be automatically adjusted and aligned once an offset is found.
