摘要: A linear motor device includes an inner yoke, an outer yoke, a coil-wound body and a movable magnet portion, first and second clamp rings for clamping the outer yoke, and a spacer for coupling the first and second clamp rings at a given spacing. The movable magnet portion drives a piston reciprocating in a cylinder. The first clamping member is provided with a support portion for supporting a spring for pushing the piston. The second clamping member is fixed directly or indirectly to the cylinder. A linear compressor and a Stirling engine include the above-described linear motor device.

摘要: A dot detection section of a dot-interference detection section detects a portion where pixels are arranged as “dark-bright-dark” or “bright-dark-bright” in the horizontal direction, within a Y signal containing dot interference, separated by a YC separation process, and outputs the detection result as dot values to a horizontal array checking section and a vertical array checking section. The horizontal array checking section detects whether or not dot values of a predetermined number of pixels arranged horizontally in such a manner as to contain a subject pixel, have the same value. The vertical array checking section detects whether or not dot values of a predetermined number of pixels arranged vertically in such a manner as to contain a subject pixel, are alternately generated as 1 and 2. An enhancement processing section performs an enhancement process on the Y signal of portions other than the portions where dot interference occurs.

摘要: In a picture enlarging processing employing a MAP method, the processing volume is to be decreased to obtain a clear picture without producing blocked distortion without deteriorating the picture quality from that in the conventional practice. An energy function of a picture varied in dependence upon the input picture is defined in advance and stored. An input picture is enlarged, that is the number of pixels is increased, and a value which decreases the energy in a pixel of the enlarged picture is calculated. This energy decreasing value is added to the pixel and the pixel value is updated to adjust the picture quality to raise the resolution. The pixel value is updated a number of times to adjust the picture quality to raise the resolution.

摘要: The present invention relates to an image processor and an image processing method for compensating gradation by effectively avoiding drop of partial contrast through application to an image processor such as television receiver, video tape recorder, television camera and printer or the like. A domain to which an input image data belongs is judged, for example, with reference to the low frequency element r (i, j) of the pixel value x (i, j) and the signal level x (i, j) of the image data forming an input image VT is compensated on the basis of the result of judgment r(i, j).

摘要: An n-filter according to the present invention includes a nonlinear filter, a pattern detector, and a switch. The nonlinear filter maintains a steep edge whose size is larger than a predetermined threshold in fluctuations of pixels constituting an input image signal and, at the same time, smoothes a non-edge portion that does not include the edge. The pattern detector detects a fine edge in the fluctuations of the pixels constituting the input image signal and notifies the switch that the fine edge exists. The switch outputs the input image signal or an image signal output from the nonlinear filter to the subsequent stage in accordance with the notification from the pattern detector.

摘要: A multi-beam optical head includes a plurality of light sources for emitting a plurality of light beams. An optical system for irradiating the light beams onto the recording surface of a recording medium is included and receives the light beams reflected from the recording medium. The optical system includes a reflecting mirror for directing the light beams emitted from the light sources toward the recording medium; a photodetector for detecting the light beams received by the optical system and for generating electric signals based on the detected light beams; and rotational controller for controlling the reflecting mirror to rotate around an axis which is perpendicular to the recording surface by an amount determined based on the electric signals. The reflecting mirror positions the light beams on tracks on the recording surface of the recording medium. The tracks are tracks on which information is recorded from which the information is reproduced.
