    摘要: An optical filter and a lighting device using the same wherein the suppression of the melatonin secretion by the reception of light in the nighttime is prevented and the color of light is maintained. The optical filter has a mean transmissivity of a light beam in a wavelength range of about 480˜550 nm is about 30% or less. The optical filter is formed by at least molding a transparent resin and a resin composition material containing an orange color series florescent dye material, and, for 100 weight part of the transparent resin, the resin composition material containing about 0.005˜0.2 weight part of the orange color series florescent dye material is molded. This can prevent the suppression of the melatonin secretion in the nighttime. The color of light is maintained desirable. The optical filter may be applied to a lighting apparatus.

    摘要: This invention relates to image bearing member and an image forming apparatus that employs the image bearing member. The image bearing member contains an electroconductive substrate; a charge generation layer; a charge transport layer; a cross-linking surface protective layer, and a monomer having one radical polymerizable functional group with a charge transport structure. The cross-linking surface protective layer is formed by curing a monomer having at least three radical polymerizable functional groups without a charge transport structure. For the image bearing member, the ratio of the layer thickness of the cross linking surface protective layer to the layer thickness of the charge transport layer is from 0.7 to 1.3.

    摘要: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus comprising: an electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising: an electroconductive substrate; a charge generation layer; and a charge transport layer in this order, a charger; an irradiator; an image developer; and a transferer applying an electric current not less than 65 μA to the electrophotographic photoreceptor, wherein the charge generation layer comprises titanylphthalocyanine crystals having a CuKα 1.542 Å X-ray diffraction spectrum having plural diffraction peaks, wherein a maximum diffraction peak is observed at a Bragg (2θ) angle of 27.2°; main peaks are observed at 9.4°, 9.6° and 24.0°; and a minimum diffraction peak is observed at 7.3°; and no diffraction peak is observed at an angle greater than 7.3° and less than 9.4°, wherein said angles may vary by ±0.2° and the minimum interval where no peak is observed between required peaks at 7.3 and 9.4 is 2.0 degrees absolute or more.

    摘要: A liquid discharge apparatus includes a liquid discharge head including a nozzle face including a nozzle configured to discharge a liquid, a head cap configured to cover the nozzle face of the liquid discharge head, a buffer tank disposed downstream from the head cap in a direction of collection of the liquid from the liquid discharge head and configured to temporarily store the liquid, a communication passage coupling the head cap and the buffer tank, and a heater configured to heat the liquid stored in the buffer tank. The quid discharge apparatus further includes a heat source configured to generate heat and a heat introduction passage coupling the heat source with the buffer tank, to introduce exhaust heat from the heat source into the buffer tank.
