摘要: The invention is intended to provide a mass flow control device incorporating a verification tank, in which the mass flow testing operations are conducted by the device itself. A mass flow control device comprises control means 18 for controlling a flow control valve mechanism based on an externally input flow set signal and a flow signal. The mass flow control device is equipped with a mass flow detector means 8 and a flow control valve mechanism 10 both of which are set in a channel 6 through which a fluid flows. The mass flow detector means 8 detects the mass flow of the fluid that flows through the channel and outputs the flow signal. The flow control valve mechanism 10 controls the mass flow by altering the valve aperture by means of valve drive signals. The mass flow control device is also equipped with a verification valve 42, a verification tank 44 and pressure detector means 46 in the channel. The verification valve 42 opens and closes the channel. The verification tank 44 has a certain volume. The pressure detector means 46 detects the pressure of the fluid and outputs pressure detection signals. The mass flow control device is also equipped with verification control means 48 which controls the detection valve and detection tank and pressure detector means to carry out the mass flow testing operations.

摘要: A multiple-frequency common antenna has a first substrate sheet and a second substrate sheet respectively structured by an HIP consisting of a metal plate, small metal plates disposed in two dimensions and linear metal bars connecting these elements. The antenna restricts propagation of surface currents of the first and second frequency bands which are not overlapping with each other. An inverse L-shape antenna and a monopole antenna which are fed with a center conductor and an external conductor of the coaxial line respectively operate as the antenna on the first substrate sheet in the first frequency band and second frequency band. The second substrate sheet does not propagate the radiated wave of the monopole antenna, thereby avoiding unwanted re-radiation.

摘要: An electrostatic ink-jet head includes an oscillation plate which defines a bottom of a pressurizing chamber. An electrode substrate is bonded to the oscillation plate and includes a recessed portion that defines an internal space between the oscillation plate and the electrode substrate. A curved electrode is arranged on the recessed portion so as to face the oscillation plate via the internal space. When a driving voltage is applied to the electrode, the electrode actuates the oscillation plate via an electrostatic force, so as to pressurize ink in the pressurizing chamber, thereby ejecting an ink drop onto the recording paper. In the ink-jet head, a dielectric layer is provided on at least one of the electrode and the oscillation plate, and the recessed portion of the electrode substrate has a generally concave cross-section taken along shorter sides of the oscillation plate, such that a gap between the electrode and the oscillation plate is gradually decreased from a middle point to ends of the shorter sides.
