    摘要: A method for controlling a vertical type MOSFET in a bridge circuit is provided to reduce diode power loss and improve a reverse recovery characteristic. The method includes controlling a forward voltage of a built-in diode of the vertical type MOSFET to be a first forward voltage by setting a gate voltage of the vertical MOSFET to a first gate voltage, so that the vertical type MOSFET is switched into a first off mode; and controlling the forward voltage of the built-in diode of the vertical type MOSFET to be a second forward voltage by setting the gate voltage of the vertical MOSFET to a second gate voltage, so that the vertical type MOSFET is switched into a second off mode.

The wireless reception device further has modulation component removal unit for generating a synchronization detection reference signal by removing the modulation component of the received modulation signal; and match detection unit that detects a mismatch between the synchronization detection reference signal and the frequency deviation component detected by the automatic frequency control unit, wherein, when the match detection unit detects the mismatch, the automatic frequency control unit are controlled to the frequency locking operation state.

    摘要: A non-contact IC card, a non-contact IC card terminal and a non-contact IC card system for performing data communication between the IC card and the terminal by using electromagnetic waves are arranged so that the IC card can reliably receive data transmitted from the terminal once the IC card is started up by a startup signal from the terminal. A selection circuit, under the control of a CPU selects a receiving amplifier having a smaller amplification factor in a startup step for receiving the startup signal and a receiving amplifier having a larger amplification factor in a data communication step for exchanging data signals. The sensitivity with which the data signal is received is thereby increased relative to the sensitivity with which data signals are received.
