    摘要: A stencil stamp is provided with a plurality of individually replaceable stencil stamp blocks. The stencil stamp is capable of stamping a multicolor pattern by a single stamping action. The stencil stamp comprises a handgrip to be gripped by the user's hand, a stamping unit, which is fixedly held by a stencil stamp block holding member on the handgrip, and a skirt, which covers the stamping unit for protection. The stamping unit comprises a plurality of stencil stamp blocks, each having a stamping part for forming a particular pattern. The plurality of stencil stamp blocks may be provided with ink-bearing members impregnated with inks of different colors to enable multicolor stamping by a single stamping action. The stencil stamp blocks can be individually removed from the stencil stamp block holding member, and can be used in desired combinations to create different patterns.

    摘要: A thermal printer is provided which may use various types of ribbons including print only and print and erase ribbons. The printer includes a memory having stored therein predetermined printing condition data corresponding to a plurality of print modes including a mode in which only printing may be executed and a mode in which both printing and erasing may be executed. One of the modes is selected based upon the type of ink ribbon being used and the printing conditions are set in accordance with the stored data for the selected ribbon.

    摘要: A printing apparatus wherein a platen for supporting a recording medium printed by a print head is pivotally supported by a support member. The support member, which extends between left and right side frames of the printer, includes a first and a second engaging portion at its opposite ends. These engaging portions respectively engage an aperture and a cutout formed through the respective side frames, so that the support member and the platen are pivotally supported by the side frames. The cutout is aligned with the aperture, and is open at an edge of the corresponding side frame. This side frame includes a detent portion disposed adjacent to the cutout. The support member further includes a third engaging portion which engages the detent portion, thereby preventing the second engaging portion from being disengaged from the cutout through the open end of the cutout.

    摘要: A cutting insert for a drill of the present invention comprises an upper face having a first side and a second side respectively disposed on both sides of a first corner portion, a bottom face corresponding to the upper face, and a side face located between the upper face and the bottom face. The insert has a first cutting edge formed along the first side, and a second cutting edge formed along the second side. The side face has a first region corresponding to the first cutting edge, a second region corresponding to the second cutting edge, and a third region corresponding to the first corner portion. The third region has an upper region which is adjacent to the first corner portion and disposed toward the upper face, and a lower region located below the upper region. An inclination angle θ3 of the lower region to the bottom face is larger than each of an inclination angle θ1 of the first region to the bottom face and an inclination angle θ2 of the second region to the bottom face. A drill comprising the insert, and a method of cutting using the same are provided.

    摘要: A cylinder unit is provided in a rear side of a boat body to rotate an outboard motor main body as a steering apparatus, and a pump unit is provided to drive the pump unit via a hydraulic pipe by a steering wheel in a driver's seat. A steering torque inputted to the pump unit by the steering wheel is detected by a torque sensor. The pump unit is assisted in the steering operation direction based upon the detected torque by an electric motor, a worm gear, and a worm wheel.

    摘要: A plate making device and method, wherein when a light sensor detects that the stencil plate inserted into the plate making device is provided with the through hole, the controller supplies a current to the thermal head for T1 seconds to control the heat time to be short, so that the perforation energy of the thermal head is reduced. On the other hand, when the light sensor detects that the stencil plate has no through hole, the controller supplies a current to the thermal head for T2 seconds longer than T1 seconds to control the heat time to be long, so that the perforation energy of the thermal head is increased. In this device, even when any type of stencil plate is used, the plate making process providing the best print quality for each stencil plate can be performed.
