摘要： An exhaust gas recirculation system comprises a speed detector for generating an engine rotational speed signal and a reference rotational position detection signal, a pressure sensor for detecting the negative pressure in the intake pipe of an engine to generate a negative pressure signal, a microcomputer responsive to the negative pressure signal and the rotational speed signal generated at the reference rotational position of the engine to compute an amount of exhaust gas recirculation in synchronism with the reference rotational position detection signal, and an electronic control circuit for controlling the opening of an exhaust gas recirculation control valve in accordance with the computed amount.

摘要： In an exhaust gas recirculation system for an internal combustion engine, a flow control valve is disposed within a recirculation pipe and operatively connected to a pneumatically operated servomotor to control the flow quantity of exhaust gases through the recirculation pipe, and an orifice is disposed within the recirculation pipe upstream of the valve to form a space between the valve and the orifice. A pressure regulator serves to modulate negative pressure from an engine intake manifold to the servomotor on a basis of pneumatic pressure applied thereto and pressure in the space. The pneumatic pressure applied to the pressure regulator is electrically controlled to satisfy the following equation.Pd=f(Pv, N)where the character Pd is the pneumatic pressure applied to the pressure regulator, and the characters Pv and N respectively indicate the negative pressure in the intake manifold and the engine speed.

摘要： A pulse radar system which is designed for installation on a vehicle. A control pulse generating circuit is triggered by the trailing edge of a transmitting pulse to generate a pulse train consisting of 8 time-divided pulses which in turn are supplied to a distributor. Simultaneously, the echo of the transmitted pulse is demodulated and the resulting signal is applied to the distributor so that depending on which one of the 8 divided pulses corresponds to the applied demodulated signal, the distance to the target is displayed on the corresponding indicator.

摘要： A collision sensing system for vehicles is provided in which a moving core shaft having alternately notched and projecting portions formed thereon or a permanent magnet serving as a moving core and magnetized to create therein alternate north and south poles is disposed to move relative to a stator for providing a magnetic path, whereby when a vehicle comes into collision, the magnetic reluctance of the magnetic path is caused to change rapidly at plural times and a generating winding wound on the stator thus generates the waveform of an output voltage proportional to the rate of the plurality of changes of the magnetic reluctance. This output voltage is compared with a predetermined value to determine, whether a controlled system such as an air bag should be actuated to thereby actuate the controlled system properly.

摘要： An audio communication system includes a first analog/digital convertor, a second analog/digital convertor, and an echo canceller. The first analog/digital convertor converts an audio signal, which is input from a microphone, to a data signal. The second analog/digital convertor that converts an audio signal, which is input from an auxiliary input terminal, to a data signal. When an audio signal transmitted from the outside is received and output from a speaker, the echo canceller prevents an output of the speaker from being input through the microphone and echoed back to a recipient or remote device. An operating frequency of the echo canceller is relatively lower than a sampling frequency of the second analog/digital convertor.

摘要： A printing apparatus includes a printing unit for printing visual information on a non-recording surface of a rotatably driven recording medium by discharging ink droplets. A control unit controls movement of the printing unit in a radial direction of the recording medium, and discharge timing of the ink droplets. The printing unit prints the visual information by multi-path printing by printing on a same radius position of the non-recording surface by discharging ink from different ink discharge nozzles. The control unit controls the printing unit so as to print with a first printing pattern having a first number of paths and a second printing pattern having a second number of paths. The first printing pattern is used on other locations of the non-recording surface and the second printing pattern is used when printing on an innermost periphery region of the non-recording surface.
