The volume hologram recording photosensitive composition provided by the present invention contains at least a fluorine-contained photoreactive compound represented by the following formula (1): R1—R3—(CF2)n-R4—R2 wherein R1 and R2 are photoreactive groups which can be bonded to each other by photoreaction, and each of R3 and R4 is independently a single bond or a bivalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 or more. This volume hologram recording photosensitive composition is used to form a recording section of a recording medium, and then the section is exposed to light, whereby a bright volume hologram can be obtained.

The object of the invention is to provide an adhesive composition attaining, in a single layer, both adhesiveness capable of direct attachment to a glass plate disposed on the front face of a display device and desired optical filter functions and hardly undergoing the change in spectral characteristics attributable to deterioration in a light absorbing agent, even during long-time use, particularly at high temperature under high humidity, as well as an optical filter using this adhesive composition. The object is solved by an optical filter comprising an adhesive layer having optical filter functions, comprising a block copolymer (I) having at least a specific triblock structure in its molecule and having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 or more and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of less than 1.5, a resin (IV) having the glass transition temperature of 60° C. or more and one or more light absorbing agents (III) each having light absorption in a predetermined wavelength region.

A file system which is reduced in time taken to refer to a file stored for reference in an apparatus on a network from another apparatus on the network, and is improved in the usage efficiency of a storage resource. In the file system, a file stored in a first apparatus for reference is referred to from a second apparatus via a network. Based on a user operation, a linking method for referring to the file from the second apparatus is set to one of soft linking for directly accessing and referring to the file and hard linking for referring to a duplicate of the file stored in the second apparatus. The one of soft linking and hard lining is changed to the other according to frequency of reference from the second apparatus to the file.

A processing apparatus which is capable of releasing priority use of apparatuses that are reserved for priority use but are not actually used, even when a plurality of apparatuses are used by priority during a particular time period. Reservation records about reservations for priority use of apparatuses are stored in a master machine. In the master machine, it is determined whether or not all the apparatuses on a reservation cooperation list are exclusively reserved during the same time period, by referring to the reservation records. When all the apparatuses which are reserved for priority use during the same time period, the master machine sends an exclusive release permission command to each subordinate machine reserved for priority use during the same time period among all the apparatuses.

An image forming apparatus which is capable of achieving both enhanced userfriendliness and improved energy saving efficiency without being released from a reduced power consumption state by a user who has no will to use the same passing thereby. When a copying machine 200 is in a sleep mode, it is detected whether or not a user has come near to the copying machine 200. If a contactless IC 600 is present within the range of radio wave signals emitted from an IC tag reader/writer 500, it is determined that a user has come near because the communication between the contactless IC 600 and the IC tag reader/write 500 can be carried out. Reading of data from the contactless IC 600 is started, and user authentication is executed based on the data. If, as a result of the user authentication, the user is a licensed user, it is determined whether or not an original document has been set on an automatic feeder 800. When an original document has been set on the automatic feeder 800, the copying machine 200 is caused to return to a normal mode as a normal power consumption state from the sleep mode.

A type (i) composition comprises one or more photopolymerizable compounds, a heat-curable compound and a heat-curing crosslinking agent, wherein the heat-curing crosslinking agent is a latent heat-curing crosslinking agent which is not reacted in an interference exposure process, is not reacted at the heating temperature used in a refractive index-modulation promoting process and becomes active at the heating temperature used in a heat-curing process. A type (ii) composition further comprises a binder resin beside the type (i) volume type composition.

A hard coat layer includes a cured product of a curable resin composition containing a reactive inorganic fine particle having an average particle diameter of 5 nm to 30 nm, and has a skin layer, wherein the reactive inorganic fine particles are localized, in its surface region being an interface and its vicinity on a side opposite to a transparent substrate film side of the hard coat layer. Alternatively, the reactive inorganic fine particle has an average particle diameter of 30 nm to 100 nm, and has density distribution in a thickness direction of the hard coat layer lowest at an interface on a side opposite to a transparent substrate film side of the hard coat layer while the density is highest at an interface and its vicinity on the transparent substrate film side of the hard coat layer.
