摘要: A time division multiplexing load control system having a central controller unit for controlling individual terminal units to connect and disconnect loads connected respectively thereto and manual switch means for directly controlling the loads without reverting to the central controller unit is disclosed. A plurality of terminal units are connected through a shared line to the central controller unit to be controlled thereby so as to turn on/off the loads connected to respective terminal units. Each terminal unit connecting the loads is provided with a load-switching circuit for actuating respective load driving relays incorporated therein to connect and disconnect the loads. The load-switching circuit includes switch means which responds to output data signal from the central controller unit to open and close the load-switching circuit for the ON/OFF drive of the load remote from the central controller unit. Also included in each load-switching circuit are manual switch means for actuating the load driving relay independently of the output signal from the controller unit and detecting means for detecting the state of the load driving relay and transmitting such state to the controller unit so that the controller unit always acknowledges the load condition, irrespective of whether the load has been driven by the controller unit or by the manual switch means manipulated by a person near the load.

摘要: A digital display type electronic watch having a stopwatch function and comprising a display adapted for selective indication by the common display of horological information in a normal operation mode and chronometrical information in a stopwatch mode, characterized in that a corner for counting the clock pulses for measuring time in the stopwatch mode is divided into two groups for the more and less significant digit portions of the chronometrical information, a gate is provided for selectively and sequentially applying the said more and less significant digit portions of the chronometrical information to the display in the stopwatch mode, and a control signal generator is provided such that a first and second operations of a switch defines initiation and termination of the counting operation by said counter, a further operation of the switch triggers a timer providing an output for a predetermined time period which output is applied to said gate, whereby the gate is switched such that the displayed portion of said more and less significant portions of said chronometrical information is changed, and a further operation of the switch only when the output is obtained from the timer generates a clear signal of the said counter, whereby chronometrical information of a larger value can be displayed to the order of hour without increasing the number of digit positions in the display, while repetitive operations of a single switch enable various operation states in the stopwatch mode.

摘要: In a pillow comprising at least three substantially flat bags successively layered, each of intermediate layer bags other than top and bottom layer bags is provided with closure means and provided substantially at the middle of each intermediate layer bag with a pocket having also its own closure means through which cedar chips are enclosed in this pocket. Chips of synthetic resin are enclosed in one of the outermost layer bags and a fibrous member containing aromatic essence of Japanese cypress is enclosed in the other outermost layer bag. No content is enclosed in the bags other than the intermediate layer bags in their regions over- and underlying the pockets so that a recess having no significant thickness is formed in those regions over- and underlying the pockets. The regions of the intermediate layer bag(s) extending adjacent the periphery of the pillow may be loaded with cedar chip bags so as to adjust a thickness of the pillow in its peripheral region. In this manner, the novel pillow supports the user's head and neck with comfortable stability and contributes to elimination of minute forms of life such as ticks as well as to a desired aroma-therapeutic effect.
