摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a main assembly, and a supporting member capable of supporting a plurality of developing rollers and a plurality of photosensitive drums, with the supporting member being movable substantially linearly between an inside position inside of the main assembly and an outside position outside of the main assembly while supporting the developing rollers and the photosensitive drums. In addition, a plurality of developing cartridges each have the developing roller and are mountable to and dismountable from the supporting member which supports the plurality of photosensitive drums when the supporting member is in the outside position. The developing cartridges each include an upper surface facing upward when mounted to the supporting member and a projection projecting upwardly from the upper surface and having a shape providing a space through a middle portion thereof.

摘要: Memory writing system and method determining an optimum data amount per one-time data transmission to one memory writer to enable optimization of communication efficiency and write speed, include: setting the amount of data to be transmitted per one-time transmission from a writer controller to different values for respective memory writers; transmitting data of each of the data amounts from the writer controller to a corresponding one of the memory writers; measuring, for each of the data amounts, a processing time required for the writer controller to transmit data to the corresponding memory writer and a data write time of the corresponding memory writer; obtaining, for each of the data amounts, a correlation between the processing time and the data write time based on respective measured values; setting an optimum data amount based on the correlation to satisfy a desired data write time condition; and, after the optimum data amount is set, sequentially transmitting data of the optimum data amount from the writer controller to the memory writers.

摘要: A facsimile transmission control procedure for a relay use to relay facsimile communication via a public telephone network between mobile communication control units placed at different places from one another in which such facsimile communication is implemented by the use of a radio link wherein non-standard facilities signal NSF and non-standard facilities set-up signal NSS defined by the Recommendation T.30 are used to identify another communicating party; if the other communicating party can apply a transmission control procedure of the invention, communication is conducted in accordance with such independent transmission control procedure, while if it is not, the communication is made based on the standard Recommendation T.30; and in the independent transmission control procedure, a time margin of each preamble, which is to be added to each of all the binary code signals used in the communication on and after an exchange of NSF and NSS between transmission and reception sides was executed, is reduced to a predetermined time.

摘要: Power consumption of a mobile terminal is suppressed by regulating a data transmission rate, depending on a residual amount of battery power. Battery holding times and maximum data transmission rates are stored in a table. A battery holding time calculation unit calculates an estimated battery holding time on the basis of a residual amount of battery power detected by a battery residual amount detection unit and transmission power information generated by the transmission power control unit. A comparison unit reads out from the table the maximum data transmission rate which corresponds to the estimated battery holding time, and compares the read-out maximum data transmission rate with the data transmission rate to be used by the mobile terminal. By using a lower data transmission rate obtained as the comparison result, a call request is made by the mobile terminal.

摘要: The invention provides a mobile radio communication method which can transmit one or more kinds of service information determined in advance for individual mobile terminals by an interrupt to mobile terminals during communication and besides at arbitrary different points of time without the necessity for separate preparation of a channel exclusive use for transmission of interrupt information. Subscriber information of individual mobile terminals including respective service information identification codes are registered in advance in a subscriber file. An exchange reads out, from within the subscriber file, subscriber information corresponding to each mobile terminal during communication and transmits the service information identification code together with communication information over a communication channel from the base station. After the mobile terminal switches the channel to be used from the communication channel to a control channel, service information designated by the service information identification code is transmitted together with control information from the base station to the mobile terminal.
