摘要： A method for reproducing a music file of a mobile communication terminal includes outputting a confirmation message for determining whether a music file is to be reproduced if reproduction of the music file is requested during the manner mode of the mobile communication terminal, and reproducing the music file if an external output device is connected to the mobile communication terminal. Since a user can reproduce music files without any complex key manipulation, even during the manner mode of the mobile communication terminal, the user can listen to desired music easily, thereby improving the convenience of the mobile communication terminal.

摘要： A chemical vapor deposition (CVD) apparatus includes a process chamber where a deposition process is performed on a wafer. A gas supply assembly is mounted in the process chamber for supplying a process gas to the process chamber, and a vacuum pump is mounted in the process chamber for exhausting the process gas. A support is mounted in the process chamber for supporting the wafer, and a position control assembly raises and lowers the chuck. A controller controls the position control assembly to vary a distance between the wafer and the gas supply assembly during the deposition process. A CVD method for forming a deposition layer on a wafer includes supplying a process gas to a process chamber, dividing a process time into a plurality of process stages, varying a distance between the wafer and a gas supply assembly according to the process stages, and exhausting the process gas.

If a corresponding device is selected from the searched devices and is Bluetooth-connected, the controller provides notification of an activated service state for the Bluetooth communication and configures second submenus. If a corresponding service is performed between the wireless terminal and the corresponding device through the Bluetooth communication, the controller provides notification of a current service state.

The device comprises a controller for controlling and transmitting only a shared file upon request for file transmission, and a Bluetooth module for transmitting the shared file. The method comprises determining whether a wireless terminal is set to share for Bluetooth communication upon receipt of a file request. When the determination comprises an indication that the terminal is set to share for Bluetooth, transmitting only at least one shared file from the wireless terminal to the called wireless terminal. When the determination comprises an indication that the wireless terminal is not set to share for Bluetooth, transmitting files from the wireless terminal to the called wireless terminal. The method further comprises displaying at least one of the transmitted files in the called wireless terminal.
