    摘要: Stack and trench memory cells are provided in a DRAM memory cell array. The stack and trench memory cells are arranged so as to form identical cell pairs each having a trench capacitor, a stack capacitor and a semiconductor fin, in which the active areas of two select transistors for addressing the trench and stack capacitors are formed. The semiconductor fins are arranged in succession in the longitudinal direction to form cell rows and in this arrangement are spaced apart from one another by in each case a trench capacitor. Respectively adjacent cell rows are separated from one another by trench isolator structures and are offset with respect to one another by half the length of a cell pair. The semiconductor fins are crossed by at least two active word lines, which are orthogonal with respect to the cell rows, for addressing the select transistors realized in the semiconductor fin.

    摘要: The invention relates to an elevator shaft having up to four parallel tracks of the same type, adapted for the operation of a plurality of self-propelled cars per track, and having at least one transfer arrangement for switching tracks and for allowing cars to park on an interim basis, to turn and to pass one another. In order to configure the elevator shaft such that a plurality of cars together can utilize one track in a quadrilateral shaft, it is proposed according to the invention that the elevator shaft has a quadrilateral cross-section of up to four segments each with an independent track, the segments each being disposed such that an axis laid out horizontally through the outwardly-located corner of the cars passes through the center of an imaginary circle which likewise runs through the outer corners of the cars, this center simultaneously forming the center point of the elevator shaft and of the transfer arrangements which have been inserted.

    摘要: A device and a method for the control of a generator, for example a claw-pole generator, with which the rectifier bridge connected to the generator can be temporarily short-circuited, as a result of which power is temporarily stored in the stator inductors, which results in higher phase voltages. Suitable selection of the control frequency for a transistor, which makes the short-circuiting of the diode bridge possible, allows an output voltage of the generator to be set to the desired voltage level which is clearly higher than the conventional vehicle electrical system voltage. The diode bridge itself can be replaced by controllable switching elements (transistors) and a voltage adjustment is implemented using suitable controls.

    摘要: The invention concerns a cabinet hinge with a depth adjusting device for hinge arm held directly or indirectly on a cabinet-side, single- or multi-part mounting plate. A revolvable depth adjusting screw held in the mounting plate is provided in order to adjust the depth. A driver plate is connected with the hinge arm; whereby, the depth adjusting screw has adjusting elements that work together with corresponding adjusting surfaces on the driver plate in such a way that by turning the depth adjusting screw, the driver plate and the hinge arm are moved in relation to the mounting plate. The invention offers the advantage that with only turn, the depth adjusting screw can finely and delicately adjust the depth position of the hinge arm over its entire adjustment range.

    摘要: In a papermaking machine, the drying section includes a vacuum based system which serves to guide the web and supporting felt (15) from a first drying cylinder (11) to a transfer vacuum roller (10), which has perforations (13) through which a vacuum is communicated into the interior of the roller 10 from of an external suction box (14). The suction box (14) includes lengthwise extending sealing strips (28, 29) located adjacent and bounding the free circumferential surface of the transfer roller (10), which is not overlapped by the felt of the drying section. The sealing strips extend from the suction box 14 to the roller mantel (10a) of the roller 10. These strips are further designed in the style of a doctor blade and are flexibly mounted on the suction box (14) so that they are flexible and biased against the roller 10 by spring action. They extend approximately tangentially to the surface of the roller mantel (10a), contacting it gently.

    摘要: A system for preventing the automatic or inadvertent opening of an aircraft door or access hatch that has not been closed and locked properly provides an increase in the overall flight safety of aircraft. The system includes a door monitoring system (1), which is connected to at least one of a cabin pressure control arrangement (4), a cabin temperature control arrangement (5), and an air tap system control arrangement (36). The door monitoring system (1) provides a signal indicating if at least one door or access hatch is not properly closed and locked. The controllers (4, 5, 36) receive the door monitor signal at respective inputs and also receive information necessary for determining the current flight configuration of the aircraft from various other aircraft systems, such as a landing gear control arrangement or an engine monitor arrangement. The controllers (4, 5, 36) evaluate the several input signals and provide output signals for controlling at least one of a cabin air venting valve, a cabin air flow control valve, and a tap air shut-off valve.
