Abstract:
A cooling fan includes a fan housing and a stator and an impeller received in the fan housing. The fan housing includes a frame and a mounting portion located in the frame. The stator is received in the frame and mounted to the mounting portion. The impeller is mounted to the stator and rotatable with respect to the stator. The impeller includes a hub and a plurality of blades extending radially and outwardly from the hub. Each of the blades includes an inner end connected with the hub and an outer end distant from the hub. Each of the blades forms a tab on the outer end at the end surface.
Abstract:
An electronic device includes a casing, a centrifugal blower and sidewall received in the casing. The casing is adapted for accommodating electronic components therein, and includes a bottom cover and an opposite top cover. The centrifugal blower is surrounded by the sidewall and includes a sleeve directly mounted to the bottom cover, a bearing member mounted in the sleeve, a stator mounted to the sleeve and an impeller rotatably supported by the bearing member. The bottom cover of the electronic device functions as a bottom plate of the centrifugal blower.
Abstract:
A fan includes a motor and an impeller. The motor drives the impeller to rotate and includes a base, a bearing, a stator, a rotor and a magnetic element. The central portion of the base is extended to form a bushing for accommodating the bearing therein. The stator telescopes around the bushing. The rotor is disposed corresponding to the stator and has a shaft passing through the bearing. The magnetic element is disposed at the bottom of the bushing and located adjacent to one end of the shaft.
Abstract:
An oil sealing structure of a motor includes a cover and at least one sealing element. The motor has a shaft, a fluid bearing and a bushing. The fluid bearing mounts to the shaft and is accommodated in the bushing. The cover is disposed around the shaft and is connected with an opening of the bushing. The sealing element is disposed around the shaft and between the fluid bearing and the cover. A fan and a motor including the above-mentioned oil sealing structure are also disclosed.
Abstract:
A fan structure includes a frame, a cover, a stator structure and a base. The cover and the frame are integrally formed as a single piece. The stator structure is disposed in the cover and the base is connected to the cover. Thus, the stator structure is located between the cover and the base.
Abstract:
An assembly method and fixture for assembling a supporting disk of a motor rotor according to the invention is based on an “adjusting, and fixing” concept. A functional axis fixture and an adjusting axis fixture, which can match with each other for holding the supporting disk and the rotor, are first prepared. The functional axis of the supporting disk is aligned with the geometric axis of the functional axis fixture, and the geometric axis of the rotor is aligned with the geometric axis of the adjusting axis fixture. By engaging the functional axis fixture and the adjusting axis fixture, the functional axis of the supporting disk is aligned with the geometric axis of the rotor. Therefore, the bias and concentricity can be precisely controlled and improved.
Abstract:
A motor with an oil seal. The oil seal includes a first storage wall disposed in a position corresponding to a recess of a shaft. The oil seal receives lubricant and prevents leakage of the lubricant, enhancing self-lubrication of the motor. A bottom storage tank with a specific sloped surface is provided in the motor. During rotation of the shaft, the bottom storage tank increases usage of the lubricant, thereby enhancing self-lubrication of the motor.
