摘要: An electronic device with a camera function, an electronic device, a photographing control method, a photographing control program, and a processor is provided with a preventive function to block inappropriate photographing such as spy shots. A photographing reporting section (54, 54A, 54B) issues a reporting information for photographing. An information detecting section (58, 58A, 58B) detects this reporting information and a judging section (image output judging section 60) judges, by using the reporting information detected at the information detecting section, whether or not the photographing is permitted, whether or not an image is stored, and whether or not the image is altered.

摘要: Regarding an electronic device with a camera function, an electronic device, a photographing control method, a photographing control program, and a processor in which a preventive function to block inappropriate photographing such as spy shots is enhanced are provided. A photographing reporting section (54, 54A, 54B) issues a reporting information for photographing; an information detecting section (58, 58A, 58B) detects this reporting information; and a judging section (image output judging section 60) judges whether or not the photographing is permitted, whether or not an image is stored, and whether or not the image is altered by using the reporting information detected at the information detecting section. Further, a transmitting section (Bluetooth wireless transmitting/receiving section 100 of mobile phone 40A) transmits in synchronization with the shutter operation a reporting information requesting photographing permission to an opposite electronic device (mobile phone 40B); a receiving section (Bluetooth wireless transmitting/receiving section 100) receives a notifying information representing whether or not the photographing is permitted from the opposite electronic device (mobile phone 40B); and a judging section (image output judging section 108) judges whether or not the photographing is permitted by using the notifying information.

摘要: A high-performance information processing technique permitting updating of an instruction buffer ready for effective prefetching to branch instructions and returning to the subroutine with a small volume of hardware is to be provided at low cost. It is an information processing apparatus equipped with a CPU, a memory, prefetch means and the like, wherein a prefetch address generator unit in the prefetch means decodes a branching series of instructions including at least one branched address calculating instruction and branching instruction to a branched address out of a current instruction buffer storing the series of instructions currently accessed by the CPU, and thereby looks ahead to the branching destination address. The information processing apparatus further comprises a RTS instruction buffer for storing a series of instructions of the return destinations of RTS instructions, and series of instructions stored in the current instruction buffer are saved into the RTS instruction buffer.

摘要: A mobile telecommunication station which is connected to a mobile telecommunication network and is provided with a mobile telecommunication service from the network, providing a function enabling unit (for example a voice coding unit) with a function which is masked in advance and is enabled by release of the mask and a masking control unit for watching predetermined air interface information (for example a broadcast information) from the mobile telecommunication network and releasing the mask of the function enabling unit according to an instruction, in extended information elements thereof, for releasing the mask. A half rate mobile telecommunication unit capable of increasing for example a channel capacity can therefore be released on the market early without waiting for the completion of the entire system on the network side. When the network side system is completed, the potential half rate functions of the mobile telecommunication unit are revealed all at once. The large number of already sold half rate mobile telecommunication units of high frequency utilization efficiency consequently improve the efficiency of channel utilization greatly.

摘要: An image reading and recording apparatus such as an electronic blackboard includes a reading unit movable along a guide rail for reading information written on a board, a drive motor integral with the reading unit and operative to move the reading unit relative to the board, and a power transmission mechanism for transmitting a driving force of the drive motor to the reading unit so as to move the reading unit relatively to the board. The power transmission mechanism is composed of a pulley fixed to a drive shaft of the motor and a wire rope extending along the guide rail in a stretched condition and wound around the pulley by one turn. Upon rotation of the motor, the pulley rolls on and along the wire rope, thereby moving the reading unit relative to the board. Due to a large contact area provided between the pulley and the wire rope, the movement of the reading unit is highly reliable and hence the information on the board can be read with high accuracy. The apparatus also includes an image recording unit which is so constructed as to prevent accidental separation of a recording paper from a recording head, thereby ensuring a high quality printing of the information on the recording paper.

摘要: Disclosed are a system and a method for improving the visibility of objects within the visual field of a vehicular driver while driving under optically adverse conditions. The system includes an optical filter with a pass band in the visible light range disposed in front of the eyes of the driver, and a light transmitter sending out a beam of visible light with frequency components within the pass band toward the object. In addition, this system protects the driver from being dazzled by light from an approaching vehicle in the opposite lane. The method includes the steps of allowing transmission of visible light with a first frequency component to the driver and transmitting visible light with a second frequency component into the visual field, the second frequency component being a subset of the first frequency component.
