Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling a handover in a cognitive radio system are used to control a cell handover process of a user equipment, and can hand over the user equipment to an appropriate target cell as far as possible. The method includes: a source base station receiving a measurement report send by a user equipment; the source base station controlling a handover of the user equipment according to the measurement report, radio resource management information, and reconfiguration related information. The apparatus is located in the source base station and includes a receiving module and a handover controlling module.

Abstract: Disclosed are a time synchronization method and system. The method comprises: an NE1 and the upstream nodes of the NE1 are classified into the first level, and the downstream nodes of the NE1 are classified into the second level, where the first level priority of the first level is higher than the second level priority of the second level; an NE3 connected to the NE1 through a PTP synchronization link in the downstream node receives a first device priority of the NE1 and the first level priority from the NE1; and after the NE3 receives the second device priority of an NE2 and the second level priority sent by the NE2 in the downstream nodes which is connected to the NE1 through the 1PPS+TOD synchronization link, determines that a clock parameter of the NE1 is optimal, and synchronizes the local clock to the NE1.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for managing release of a network port of a mobile terminal, and the method includes: during a PPPoE dialup or after completion of the PPPoE dialup, network ports of a current mobile terminal are scanned; it is determined whether scanned idle network ports are released erroneously, it is determined whether restoration of connection is desired for an erroneously released network port, and the restoration of connection is implemented according to conditions of current network connection and the PPPoE dialup when the restoration of connection is desired. The present disclosure further discloses a device for managing release of a network port of a mobile terminal. The method and device make it possible to solve a problem that a network port may be released erroneously after a PPPoE connection is established in the prior art.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a dynamic spectrum allocation method and device based on channel management. The method comprises the following steps: a network node generates a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information, and maintains and updates the channel set; and the network node selects a spectrum from the channel set and allocates the spectrum. The device comprises: a channel set generation module configured to generate a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information and maintain and update the channel set; and a spectrum allocation module configured to select a spectrum from the channel set and allocate the spectrum. The present disclosure can reduce the delay in the spectrum resource reconfiguration of a CR system, improves the overall performance of spectrum resource reconfiguration and increases the utilization efficiency of a spectrum.

Abstract: Disclosed are an error code conversion method and system, a Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) server and a mobile terminal, and the method includes: a PPPoE server parses a PPPoE error code generated during a dialup process, converts the PPPoE error code to an extended error code according to a PPPoE error code conversion rule table preconfigured on the PPPoE server and transmits the extended error code to a mobile terminal; the mobile terminal receives the extended error code, interprets the extended error code into a plain text according to a PPPoE error code conversion rule table configured on the mobile terminal in advance and displays the plain text to a user. The present disclosure improves capability of a PPPoE server and a terminal for processing errors, thus making it convenient for the mobile terminal and an operator to control a PPPoE dialup process and for a user to surf the Internet through WiFi by rapidly using PPPoE dialup functionality.
