    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a system for recognizing a license plate. The method for recognizing a license plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes generating a localization model for localizing a license plate area attached to an object by learning using image data including the preset object, and a recognition model for recognizing identification information of the license plate by learning using preset license plate image data; when input image is received, localizing a license plate area from the input image using the localization model; and recognizing identification information of a license plate of the corresponding object from the localized license plate area using the recognition model.

    Abstract: An environment monitoring method and an apparatus therefor are provided. The environment monitoring apparatus includes a charging unit configured to charge power necessary for monitoring environments, a sensing unit configured to receive the power from the charging unit and to sense peripheral environments through a plurality of different sensors which are selected according to a request of a user, a controller configured to control settings of the sensing unit according to the peripheral environments; a communication unit configured to transmit the sensed information of the sensing unit to a server so that the server shares the sensed information with a plurality of smart devices, and a display unit configured to display the sensed information to the user and to display a notification according to the sensed information to the user.

    Abstract: The present invention provides there is provided an electrochemical biosensor electrode structure that includes: a working electrode and a reference electrode used as electrodes for sample measurement being arranged separately from each other in lengthwise direction of a sample insertion path, the working electrode and the reference electrode each having at least one projection and at least one recess alternately arranged on a portion thereof corresponding to the sample insertion path, the projection of the working electrode being correspondingly adjacent to the recess of the reference electrode, the recess of the working electrode being correspondingly adjacent to the projection of the reference electrode; and at least two sample recognition electrodes used as electrodes for sample recognition being separated from each other and arranged adjacent and parallel to the working electrode and the reference electrode.
