    摘要: A titanium oxide photocatalyst obtained by hydrolyzing or neutralizing with an alkali an aqueous solution of titanium chloride to obtain a solid component, incorporating sulfur or a sulfur-containing compound in any step of the process, and baking the solid containing the sulfur or sulfur-containing compound. The titanium oxide photocatalyst can be efficiently produced in an industrial production scale and has a high photocatalytic activity in a visible-light region.

    摘要: An endosseous implant including at least an embedding portion to be embedded in a living tissue, the embedding portion comprising any of a platelike body itself and a desired shape of body obtained by working the platelike body, the platelike body having orderly or disorderly a plurality of substantially straight tubular channels passing through the thickness of the platelike body for permitting the ingrowth and penetration of the adjacent bone tissue therein, the tubular channels including at least two kinds of three different pore diameters of large, medium, and small pore diameters respectively for permitting the ingrowth and penetration of a bone tissue, osteoid tissue, and fibrous tissue, whereby a polycapillary structure is built by the ingrowth and penetration of the at least two of the three kinds of tissues which pass through the thickness of the platelike body after the implantation. According to the endosseous implant, there is provided a polycapillary structure which makes it possible for at least two of the bone, osteoid and fibrous tissue to pass through the thickness of the implant to make a biological dynamic connection of hard and soft tissues by the minial two kinds of the tissue. Futhermore the distribution of the tubular channels is set depending upon the stress imparted to said embedding portion, said distribution being such that channels small in pore diameter correspond to high impact stress, channels medium in pore diameter correspond to medium impact stress, and channels large in pore diameter correspond to low impact stress.

    摘要: A solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization catalysts prepared by suspending diethoxymagnesium (a) in an aromatic hydrocarbon (b) which is liquid at normal temperature and bringing the suspension into a first contact with titanium tetrachloride (c) to form a product and bringing it into a second contact with tianium tetrachloride (c) in such manner that a diester (d) of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and calcium chloride (e) are allowed to coexist at any stage of the above suspending and/or contacts, the calcium chloride (e) being used in an amount of 1-2 grams per gram of the diethoxymagnesium (a). This solid catalyst component exhibits, when applied to the polymerization of olefins, a surprisingly enhanced polymerization activity per titanium atom and a high stereospecific performance and scarcely necessitates any deashing treatment, thus affording a great economical advantage.

    摘要: A solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization catalysts prepared by subjecting diethoxymagnesium (a), calcium chloride (b) and a silicon compound (c) of the general formula: Si(OR).sub.4 (wherein R is an alkyl or aryl group) together to a contact treatment in the presence of an organic solvent (d), suspending the treated composition in an aromatic hydrocarbon (e) which is liquid at normal temperature and bringing the suspension into a first contact with titanium tetrachloride (f) to form a product and bringing it to a second contact with titanium tetrachloride (f) in such manner that a diester (g) of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid is allowed to coexist at any stage of the above suspending and/or contacts with the exception of the contact treatment, the calcium chloride (b) being used in an amount of 1-2 g per gram of the diethoxymagnesium (a). This solid catalyst component exhibits, when applied to the polymerization of olefins, a surprisingly enhanced polymerization activity per titanium atom and a high stereospecific performance and scarcely necessitates any deashing treatment, thus affording a great economical advantage.

    摘要: A solid catalyst component prepared by washing a solid substance, which has been obtained by reacting diethoxymagnesium (a) suspended in an alkylbenzene (b) with titanium tetrachloride (c) in an amount less than 1/2 of the alkylbenzene (b) in a ratio by volume and a phthalic diester (d) at a temperature within the range of 80.degree.-135.degree. C., with an alkylbenzene, and thereafter reacting the solid substance in a presence of an alkylbenzene (b) with titanium tetrachloride (c) in an amount less than 1/2 of the alkylbenzene (b) in a ratio by volume as well as an olefin polymerization catalyst comprising (A) the solid catalyst component specified above, (B) a silicon compound of the general formula:SiR.sub.m (OAlk).sub.4-mwherein R is a group selected from an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, and aryl group and vinyl group, Alk is an alkyl group and m is 0 or an integer of 1-3, with the proviso that when R is an alkyl group, R may be identical with Alk and when m is 1, 2 or 3, the groups and/or the Alk groups may respectively be identical or different, and (C) an organoaluminum compound. This catalyst is capable of exhibiting a high polymerization activity combined with a high stereospecific performance and producing stereoregular olefin polymers in a high yield.

    摘要: A catalyst for the polymerization of olefins which comprises:(1) a solid catalyst component,(2) a piperidine derivative and(3) an organoaluminum compound,characterized in that the solid catalyst component (A) has been prepared by mixing (a) a dialkoxymagnesium and (b) a diester of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid with (c) a halogenated hydrocarbon to form a suspension and thereafter adding the suspension to (d) a titanium tetrahalide to effect reaction, as well as the solid catalyst component and a process for preparing same. The catalyst maintains a high polymerization activity combined with stereospecific performance over a prolonged polymerization time and scarcely incurs any problem of corrosion and odor in the resultant polymer.
