Abstract: To provide a tire capable of suppressing shoulder uneven wear effectively when the tire is mounted to a vehicle having high vehicle height. In a tire according to the present invention, a width direction sipe (100) is formed. The width direction sipe (100) is provided with a zigzag portion (112) formed in a zigzag shape in a tire circumferential direction toward an inner side of a tire radial direction, a center region Wctr, an inner shoulder region Win, and an intermediate region Wmid. The zigzag portion (112) in the center region Wctr and the zigzag portion (112) in the inner shoulder region Win are longer than the zigzag portion (112) in the intermediate region Wmid in the tire radial direction.

The inner and outer joint grooves 4 and 5 and the inner and outer terminating grooves 7 and 8 are inclined to different directions from the oblique lateral grooves 3. The outer terminating grooves 8 extend on extended lines of the outer joint grooves 5.

Abstract: A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion provided with a crown land region and middle land regions provided with only sipes, and shoulder land regions provided with shoulder rug grooves and connecting sipes. The tread portion is provided with a crown tread profile having a radius of curvature, a middle tread profile having a radius of curvature, and a shoulder tread profile having a radius of curvature which satisfy a magnitude relation Rc>Rm>Rs. First interconnecting positions at which the crown tread profile connects with the middle tread profiles are positioned in the respective middle land regions. Second interconnecting positions at which the middle tread profiles connect with the shoulder tread profiles are positioned in the respective shoulder land regions and axially inside the inner ends of the shoulder rug grooves.

The tire comprises at least one channel (19) extending through the elongate block and leading onto the lateral wall (5) of this elongate block. The tire also comprises a sipe extending from the channel towards the contact face, this sipe leading onto the lateral wall of the elongate block in a lateral wall outlet region. The lateral wall of the elongate block is inclined with respect to a radial direction (Z), at least in the lateral wall outlet region of the sipe, at an angle θ of between 20 degrees and 60 degrees with respect to this radial direction (Z).

The v-shaped portion 13 has an apex 15 located on the outside-tread-edge side of a widthwise center of the outside land region 4A. The maximum depth d2 in the second oblique segment 12 is smaller than the maximum depth d1 in the first oblique segment 11.

The pitch length of the intermediate sipes is longer than that of the central sipes, and both ends of the central sipes open into the circumferential main grooves.
