摘要: [Problem to be solved] To provide a compound having markedly higher antiviral activity than iHA 100, an intermediate for producing the compound, and a medical drug, or the like, containing the high-activity compound above. [Solution] The invention relates to a hemagglutinin-binding peptide, a pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or a solvate thereof, the hemagglutinin-binding peptide being: (1) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2: Trp-Thr-MeGly-Asp-MePhe-MePhe-Ala-MeAla-His-Tyr-Thr-Val-hydPro-Ala-Cys (SEQ ID NO: 1), Trp-Thr-MeGly-Asp-MePhe-MePhe-Ala-MeAla-His-Tyr-Thr-Val-hydPro-Ala-Cys-Lys (SEQ ID NO: 2), or the like.

摘要: A method for detecting a substance within a sample, including: locally concentrating a substance to be detected, a material for recognizing the substance to be detected, or a binding product of a substance to be detected and a material for recognizing the substance to be detected within a sample by electrophoresis or dielectrophoresis; optionally binding the substance to be detected and the material for recognizing the substance to be detected in the sample; measuring changes in fluorescence intensity of a binding product of the substance to be detected and the material for recognizing the substance to be detected; and confirming the presence of the substance to be detected in the sample based on the measured fluorescence intensity, in which the material for recognizing the substance to be detected is labeled with a fluorescent substance that emits fluorescence at a specific wavelength and specifically recognizes and binds to the substance.

摘要: An object is to detect a virus with high speed and high sensitivity. Provided is a virus detection method including using a well array formed by defining a plurality of wells adjacent to each other by a side wall stood on a substrate and detecting a virus in a test liquid based on the detection of light emission from the wells, wherein the well array has a test region in which a well formation area, which is an area of the substrate in a region where the wells are formed, is 5 mm2 or more, a total volume of the wells obtained by integrating individual volumes of the wells is 17 nL or more, a depth of the wells is 3.5 μm to 40 μm, an opening area of the wells is 18 μm2 to 1,700 μm2, a volume of the wells is 74 fL to 6,000 fL, and a thickness of the side wall between the wells adjacent to each other is 0.5 μm to 15 μm; and the detection of light emission from the wells is performed in a detection unit in which an observation visual field is fixed to have a size including the test region.
