摘要: The present disclosure provides a set of high-throughput methods for rapid and efficient identification and generation of monoclonal antibodies. Also provided are highly potent human and humanized monoclonal antibodies and antigen-binding fragments and bispecific antibodies which are capable of binding to a wild-type or variant SARS-COV-2 spike protein receptor-binding domain (RBD), isolated nucleic acids and expression vectors encoding the antibodies and antigen-binding fragments and bispecific antibodies, cells comprising the nucleic acids and/or expression vectors, and methods for detecting, diagnosing, and/or neutralizing SARS-COV-2 and for treating at least one sign or symptom of a condition, disorder, or disease caused by SARS-COV-2 infection, including COVID-19.

Provided is a virus detection method including using a well array formed by defining a plurality of wells adjacent to each other by a side wall stood on a substrate and detecting a virus in a test liquid based on the detection of light emission from the wells, wherein the well array has a test region in which a well formation area, which is an area of the substrate in a region where the wells are formed, is 5 mm2 or more, a total volume of the wells obtained by integrating individual volumes of the wells is 17 nL or more, a depth of the wells is 3.5 μm to 40 μm, an opening area of the wells is 18 μm2 to 1,700 μm2, a volume of the wells is 74 fL to 6,000 fL, and a thickness of the side wall between the wells adjacent to each other is 0.5 μm to 15 μm; and the detection of light emission from the wells is performed in a detection unit in which an observation visual field is fixed to have a size including the test region.
