    摘要: A hot runner nozzle for an injection mold with a material pipe made of a high-strength material, which may be mounted on a mold or manifold has at least one flow duct for a melt and a nozzle tip at its lower end. A heater for the melt is attached onto the periphery of the material pipe, the heater being designed as a solid block made of a highly heat-conductive material and comprising a first receiving channel for the material pipe and at least one other receiving channel for a linear heating element, which other channel is substantially parallel to the first receiving channel. This heating assembly ensures a surprisingly uniform and homogeneous temperature distribution in the material pipe down to the nozzle tip.

    摘要: A bladder for a vulcanizer includes, as a constituent member, a low elongation material with stable properties at vulcanization temperatures. During a vulcanization-molding process, the bladder is pressed against the inner surface of a green tire using a pressurized medium. The pressurized medium can be at vulcanization temperatures. The bladder has substantially the same shape as the inner wall surface of the tire that is formed using the bladder. As a result, irregularities in the shape of the inner wall surface of a tire rarely occur, and the frequency of exchange of bladders can be reduced. The vulcanizer bladder can include a conductive material or a magnetic material, both of which can be heated by using an induction heating coil. The use of both heat from the pressurized medium and heat generated in the bladder to vulcanize a green tire can shorten the period of time required for vulcanizing-molding.

    摘要: A method is used to make a vulcanized elastomer capable of combining with Polyurethane to form a product without the use of an adhesive. The method includes the formation of the mixture of an vulcanizable elastomer. The mixture is stabilized in a nitrogen-containing chamber before the mixture is vulcanized. The vulcanized elastomer is formed in a molding tool and is subsequently degreased with a liquid containing a non-ionic interfacial agent. The degreased elastomer is dried by baking before being coated with the acetoacetate solution containing chloro cyanuric acid. The coated elastomer is dried again by baking before being stabilized in a dustproof environment for 48 hours. Upon completion of the dustproof stabilization, the elastomer is ready for combining with Polyurethane without the help of an adhesive.

    摘要: An apparatus and method utilize vacuum injected molding of a liquid in a plurality of mold cells for solidification therein. An injection head includes spaced apart vacuum and injection slots positionable atop a mold plate in flow communication with the mold cells therein. Relative axial sliding is effected between the injection head and the mold plate for sequentially evacuating gas from the mold cells using a continuous vacuum followed in turn by sequentially injecting into the evacuated mold cells the liquid from a continuous source thereof. Sliding of the injection head over the mold plate automatically provides self valving for sequentially evacuating and filling the mold cells from the same side of the mold plate. In a preferred embodiment, the vacuum and injection slots are linked together at the mold plate so that surface tension of the liquid restrains flow of the liquid from the injection slot to the vacuum slot while allowing gas flow therebetween for effecting the vacuum in the mold cells.
