    Abstract: A plural-mode automatic medicament packaging system. In embodiments, the system may include an automatic dispensing machine including an automatic medicament dispensing unit and may further include pouch packaging and blister package packaging units. The medicament dispensing unit may include one or more storage and dispensing units which store and dispense medicaments. Medicaments output from the medicament dispensing unit may be packaged in a pouch package by the pouch packaging unit. Alternatively, a diverter may direct medicaments output from the medicament dispensing unit to the pouch package packaging unit for packaging in a blister package. A single automatic medicament packaging system can package medicaments in different types of packaging providing a pharmacy with the opportunity to package medicaments in the form of packaging most appropriate to meet patient needs.

    Abstract: The apparatus and method for packaging coiled materials uses vacuum to draw the free end of a packaging sleeve through the open coil core, which may have a single line. A trolley lifts the coil to align its open core with a hollow mandrel, and passes the coil over the mandrel. The trolley is lowered to expose the coil circumference for packaging. Suction is applied through the mandrel to draw the free end of the sleeve through the coil core. Another apparatus includes two parallel input lines and a mandrel workstation translating therebetween and pivoting to transfer coils to an orthogonal output line. Another apparatus includes a stationary suction source having a flexible suction hose and suction canister extending therefrom. The canister is applied to the coil core to draw the free end of the sleeve therethrough.

    Abstract: A thermo-forming packaging machine having a transport device that is configured to convey a lower film in a film transport surface along a transport direction from a forming station for forming troughs in the lower film via an inserting track for filling the troughs with products to a sealing station for sealing the troughs with an upper film and further to a cutting station for separating the sealed troughs. The film transport surface may include an area that ascends along the transport direction, either between the forming station and the sealing station or following the sealing station. The ascending areas may be followed in the transport direction by an even area. As a result, one of a product feeding device for feeding of products or a packaging discharge device for leading away packages may be positioned particularly close to the lower film.

The closing is done through closing module (150) assembled above an upper table (146); on this upper table (146) a sealing module (160) is also envisaged (160) and operating table (147) in order to adjust the fowl within the package, and the modules and its parts to be controlled by sensors and specific software programmed by the user in the Man Machine Interface MMI (11).
