摘要: The present invention relates to a structural element known in the technical field as “tensairity”, which introduces as distinctive elements with respect to the known art: (i) ropes in the shape-memory alloy (SMA) with superelastic (SE) and shape memory (ME) behavior; (ii) mechanical tensioners for the adjustment of the initial tension in the ropes; (iii) optionally a control apparatus (processor) is connected to electric circuits that induce flow of intensity variable current through the SMA wire ropes; (iv) optionally devices for real-time monitoring of the temperature and the level of tension in the SMA ropes; (v) optionally devices for real-time monitoring of the tensairity oscillations; (vi) optionally new structural geometries capable of sustaining static actions and multidirectional dynamics.

According to the invention the detection unit has at least one detecting means for detecting environmental influences on the rope, which can be evaluated by evaluation devices to recognize the discard state.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a flexible composite belt or cable, in the method, one or more parallel reinforced plastic profiles (11) are manufactured by pultrusion, continuous lamination or other continuous method. After surface treatment, the reinforced plastic profiles (11) are guided at a short distance from one another to coating treatment, which is carried out by extrusion or lamination or pultrusion. In the coating treatment, the reinforced plastic profiles are enveloped with a coating material (12) improving wear resistance which joins the reinforced plastic profiles (11) together and forms the coating of a finished belt or cable (10). Finally, the finished belt or cable (10) is wound on a reel.

摘要: A method for determining a deterioration state in a suspension member arrangement having a suspension member including a plurality of electrically conductive cords includes the steps of: counting a number of bending cycles applied to the suspension member; measuring an electrical characteristic of the suspension member upon applying an electrical voltage to at least one of the cords; performing at least one of (a) determining a critical deterioration state upon monitoring both the bending cycles number and the electrical characteristic, and (b) determining an unexpected deterioration state based on deriving a current actual deterioration state of the suspension member based on the electrical characteristic and assuming a currently expected deterioration state based on the bending cycles number and comparing the current actual deterioration state with the currently expected deterioration state; initiating a defined procedure upon determining at least one of the critical deterioration state and the unexpected deterioration state.
