摘要: The subject invention relates to a beam-column connection structure and method of making the same wherein the beam-column connection structure includes: a precast column comprising a plurality of tension bars horizontally embedded in the precast column; a precast beam comprising a metal plate fastened to an end surface of the precast beam, the metal plate having a plurality of through holes; and a plurality of fasteners, wherein each of the fasteners respectively penetrates through each of the through holes of the metal plate and connects to an end of a corresponding tension bar so that the precast beam is fixed to the precast column.

摘要: Reinforcing panel having high durability, high strength, and high hardness is applied such that a concrete structure may be repaired to have excellent resistance to an external environment and to be structurally excellent. In comparison to existing bonding methods, a concrete structure and a reinforcing panel may be completely attached to each other as a whole using a repairing material with high fluidity as a cement-based material injected into a repair cross section. Part with microcracks is completely filled with repairing cement mortar injected at high pressure. Since reinforcing panel is precast-fabricated in a factory, embossing, intaglio, color, and the like may be easily added to an external surface of the reinforcing panel and an excellent exterior may be provided after repair due to an aesthetic cross section thereof The reinforcing panel fabricated in a factory is applied as to reduce labor costs and construction costs.

摘要: A ultrastable cementitious material with nano-molecular veneer makes a cementitious material by blending 29 wt % to 40 wt % of a magnesium oxide dry powder containing 80 wt % to 98 wt % of magnesium oxide based on a final total weight of the cementitious material, with 14 wt % to 18 wt % of a magnesium chloride dissolved in water and reacting to form a liquid suspension, mixing from 2 to 10 minutes, adding a phosphorus-containing material, and allowing the liquid suspension to react into an amorphous phase cementitious material, wherein a portion of the amorphous phase cementitious material grows a plurality of crystals. The plurality of crystals are encapsulated by the amorphous phase cementitious material forming a nano-molecular veneer.

A gypsum panel includes a gypsum core associated with a first fiberglass mat having a continuous barrier coating, the coating penetrating a portion of the first fiberglass mat opposite the gypsum core, wherein gypsum penetrates a remaining fibrous portion of the first fiberglass mat such that voids in the first fiberglass mat are substantially eliminated. A building sheathing system includes at least two gypsum panels and a seaming component to provide a seam at an interface between the gypsum panels.

The phosphorus-containing compound is a phosphorous acid (A) or a phosphoric acid (B). 0.1 wt % to 30 wt % of an aggregate is added and then a reinforcing component is mixed in or the cement is poured onto the reinforcing component forming a tile backer board.

Space frames can include structural columns, rebar mats, spacers, straps, and skin panels. Panel assemblies may be manufactured to contain architectural interior/external finishes, windows/doors, and pre-installed utility distribution systems.
