摘要: Disclosed herein are tiles, systems, and methods related to manufacturing bullnose or other non-straight edge tiles. The tiles can comprise a non-straight edge with one or more printed layers. The printed layers can comprise radiation curable inks or other fast-drying coatings. Upon exposure to a curing station, the layers cure quickly. This provides a printed and cured surface that very closely matches the rest of the tile. The tiles, systems, and methods disclosed herein can be of higher quality and can involve more efficient manufacturing than existing tiles, systems, and methods.

摘要: A panel for attachment to a mounting surface includes a plurality of raised faces formed and extending between an upper edge and a lower edge of the panel, and a plurality of recessed keyways defined between each of the raised faces. The panel may have a recessed base at the lower edge of the keyways defining a fold lip adjacent the mounting surface, and a full base formed at the lower edge of the raised faces and extending beyond the recessed base.

摘要: A shrinkable core (100) for inserting in a mold (200) for forming a precast load bearing wall panel having a cavity, the shrinkable core (100) comprises a first wall (110) and a second wall (120), a first side element (112) and a second side element (122), and a spacing element (130). The first wall (110) and second wall (120) are spaced from each other by a first distance (d1) to define an internal region (115) in-between. The first side element (112) and the second side element (122) are arranged to close opposite edge portions of the spaced first wall (110) and second wall (120) such that fluid concrete cannot pass the opposite edge portions to get into the internal region (115), the first side element (112) and second side element (122) being spaced by a second distance (d2). The spacing element (130) is configured to vary at least one of the first distance (d1) and the second distance (d2) such that a circumference along the first and second walls (110, 120) and the first and second side elements (112, 122) shrinks monotonically with lowering said at least one distance.

摘要: In certain embodiments, a flooring apparatus provides improved traction, improved wear resistance and improved structural support. The flooring apparatus may include an elongated member that includes a top surface and a bottom surface. The top surface may include a cutout portion that extends along at least a portion of a longitudinal axis of the elongated member. One or more inserts are positioned at least partially within the cutout portion. The insert may include a texturized top surface and may be constructed of a polymer material or other material with improved traction and, in certain embodiments, improved wear resistance.

摘要: The present invention provided a precast modular concrete wall panel having a rectangular wall body with an upper slot and two side slots, and the wall body can further include an insulating layer and a decorative layer, and can contain a sandwich layer embedded in the concrete structure. The wall panels may be used with wall columns, wall corners and other components to form a wall panel system and further to form a building of frame structure or frame-share wall structure. Such wall panels have advantageous structural features and thus can be cost effectively prefabricated, and the construction process using such panel system can be performed with high efficiency.

Two opposed faces each has an irregular three dimensional pattern extending across the entire face to provide two aesthetic faces on the unit. The two opposed faces have patterns that are mirror images of each other such that when two of the units are placed with their patterned faces aligned and in contact, the three dimensional patterns on the opposed faces nest to minimize the space between the adjacent edges of the units. The concrete units may be used as steps or in other applications.
