    摘要: The present invention provides a modular building structure, comprising: a plurality of floor slab frames, a plurality of first wall panels, a plurality of second wall panels, a plurality of floor module boards, and a plurality of ceiling module boards. The two adjacent floor slab frames are connected through a plurality of clips, so as to fix the floor slab frames together. Through those structure, the workers can quickly build multiple floors with strength not much different from normal floors, while all the modular components ensure that they can be prefabricated in advance in the factory, which can also significantly improve the transportation efficiency.

    摘要: Improvements in machine walls to construct a building or house is disclosed. Adjacent side of the wall sections are tapered and dovetailed that lock-in-place. The dovetails are spaced to reduce the height that one section must be lifted to engage in an adjoining wall section. The footers/base plate will also have integrated earthquake or hurricane hold-downs in the footer/base plate that aligns and can be secured from the foundation to the wall sections. The connection of the wall section to the foundation to have counter flashing at the concrete insert and the wall-to-wall sections can be self-flashed. The wall sections can have GPS locators for positioning the wall sections. Plumbing and electrical conduit creating circuits that can be integrated into the walls and are connected sealed or bonded together.

Each of the variously configured panel types includes channels (e.g., 2 pair of channels) formed through the length of the foam body, where the channels are configured to receive splines (e.g., flanges of an I-beam) therein. In the standard panel, the channels may include pairs of top and bottom channels, with the channels offset towards the respective panel major faces. In the transition panels, the channels may be similarly configured, but positioned differently to make the appropriate transition. The splines are connected to a frame, which acts as a template and transfers loads to a foundation.

    摘要: A modular construction system based on SMC panels belonging to the field of engineering—more specifically to the field of infrastructure construction—has the technical feature of being composed of main modular panels made of a sheet molding compound (SMC), having a general rectangular shape, produced in predefined sizes and provided with swiveled enclosing borders provided with uniformly distributed through holes for interconnecting the panels in a hermetically sealed and easy manner by means of screws, nuts and seals. The sets of panels are in turn interconnected by corner bead panels and by a screw and seal system between perpendicular panels that leads to the formation of building structures.
