摘要: One variation of a panelized structural building system includes, a set of wall panels, each including: an outer face; a set of hardpoints, each arranged proximal a corner of the outer face, defining a lateral wall panel datum facing outwardly from a side of the wall panel, and defining an exterior façade mount facing outwardly from the outer face; and a load-bearing structure extending between the set of hardpoints and inset from a maximal wall panel perimeter defined by the set of hardpoints; wherein the set of wall panels are assemblable into a wall with lateral wall panel datums—defined by hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—abutting to laterally space the set of wall panels along the wall. The system also includes a set of exterior façade panels configured to install onto exterior façade mounts—defined hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—to conceal outer faces of these wall panels.

摘要: A plurality of rainscreen elements or features that are applied to the front or outer face of a structural panel or the weather resistant barrier layer on the structural panel. When an exterior cladding or sheathing product is installed over the structural panel, the rainscreen elements or features provide built-in water flow gaps or channels to facilitate and increase water drainage off the face of the structural panel, thereby minimizing water storage in the space between the structural panel and the outer cladding/sheathing. The rainscreen features are incorporated into the structural panel in-line or during the manufacturing process, and do not require any further work during assembly or construction on-site.

Wall assemblies comprising insulated wall panels that are connected in a side-by-side relation by tongue-and-grove couplings are attached to the wall frame with the bottoms thereof supported on angle-iron members that connect the bottoms of the vertical frame members. A roof assembly can be attached to the wall frame in a stationary fashion or in a movable fashion to allow the roof to open, permitting access into the enclosure for servicing equipment housed therein. The enclosure has other features as described in the specification in further detail.

A CLT panel reinforcing structure includes a CLT panel having a through hole; hole; a first reinforcing member having a first plate and a first pipe, the first plate having a first opening; and a second reinforcing member having a second plate and a second pipe, the second plate having a second opening. In the first reinforcing member, the first pipe is inserted into the through hole in a state where an outer peripheral surface of the first pipe abuts on an inner peripheral surface of the through hole, and a largest surface of the first plate abuts on a first surface of the CLT panel. In the second reinforcing member, the second pipe is inserted into the through hole in a state where an outer peripheral surface of the second pipe abuts on an inner peripheral surface of the first pipe, and a largest surface of the second plate abuts on a second surface located opposite to the first surface of the CLT panel.

摘要: A kit for flashing a mount of a photovoltaic assembly on a surface includes a flashing assembly. The flashing assembly includes flashing that extends across an interface of the mount and the surface when the mount is attached to the surface. The flashing includes a bottom surface and a top surface. The flashing assembly also includes tape attached to the bottom surface of the flashing. The tape includes a first attachment area and a second attachment area. The flashing assembly has a first configuration in which the first attachment area is attached to the flashing and the second attachment area is unattached, and a second configuration in which the first attachment area is attached to the flashing and the second attachment area is attached to the surface. The tape is movable with the flashing as an assembly when the flashing assembly is in the first configuration. The first attachment area and the second attachment area positioned on opposite sides of the tape such that the tape extends between the surface and the bottom surface of the flashing when the tape is in the second configuration. The kit also includes a container defining an interior space to receive the flashing assembly.

A building panel formed by the method.
