    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic motor, which comprises a surrounding frame casing; an internal cylinder block with radially arranged cylinders and a stationary axle of the hydraulic motor attached thereto; pistons reciprocating in the cylinders and bearing the inner surface of the frame casing, which surface is formed as a running surface guiding the movement of the pistons; a fluid distributor mounted around the axle to rotate together with the frame casing, for the distribution of the hydraulic fluid into cylinder chambers and away therefrom via openings provided in the cylinder block; and feed and exhaust channels for the hydraulic fluid. The object of the invention is to improve such a hydraulic motor by compensating, without complicated balancing elements, the force caused by the pressurized hydraulic fluid and separating the fluid distributor and the cylinder block. This has been solved according to the invention in such a manner that a ring space is formed between the fluid distributor and the axle, by means of stepped counter surfaces of the axle and the fluid distributor, said ring space being formed in the feed channel for the hydraulic fluid.

    摘要: A radial type hydraulic pump motor according to the present invention has pistons, each of which is formed at its head portion with a concave or convex spherical surface. Engaged spherically with said spherical surface head portion is a piston shoe whose outer planar portion is slidably engaged with the inner planar portion of a crescent-shaped segment arcuately engaged with the inner peripheral surface of a drum case. Said piston shoe is formed at its outer planar portion with a hydraulic recess equal to the effective pressure receiving area of piston in area. Said recess is maintained in communication with a cylinder chamber. Accordingly, said spherically engaging portion and arcuately engaging portion make little sliding movements and only the outer planar portion of piston shoe and the inner planar portion of segment mutually make sliding movement under little contact pressure, thereby causing little wear to said engaging portion and sliding portion.

    摘要: The rotary cylinder block of a radial piston machine surrounds a control member whose outer surface has high pressure ports and low pressure ports communicating with the cylinders during rotation. The outer cylindrical surface of the control member also has a pair of circumferentially aligned first and second high pressure balancing grooves on either side of the high pressure ports and a pair of circumferentially aligned first and second low pressure balancing grooves on either side of the low pressure ports. The control member is formed with preferably straight diametrical ducts connecting the first and second high pressure balancing grooves with the first and second low pressure balancing grooves located on the same side of the high pressure and low pressure ports, respectively. The high pressure balancing grooves and the low pressure balancing grooves are filled, respectively, with high pressure fluid and low pressure fluid from the high pressure and low pressure ports, respectively, through the gap between the inner surface of the cylinder block and the outer surface of the control member so that the pressure fluid in the balancing grooves substantially centers the cylinder block on the control member.
