The radial piston device also includes a mechanism for minimizing deflection or curvature of the pintle shaft (112), which may be caused by a resulting pressure applied to the pintle shaft. In one example, the mechanism may be implemented by at least partially supporting the rotor by the housing with a bearing while the rotor is also supported by the pintle shaft with another bearing.

摘要： A rotary pump such as a rotary fuel injection pump comprises a pump body; a rotor rotatably supported by the pump body and responsive to mechanical pulses to pump a fluid; and a stator ring (208) supported by the pump body and having a ring of projections (209) arranged to deliver mechanical pulses to the rotor when the rotor rotates relative to the stator ring. The stator ring (208) has a vibrational mode which is induced by delivering the mechanical pulses to the rotor. The pump body supports the stator ring across an interface which is a complete annulus or a partial annulus. In order to reduce the transmission of vibration from the stator ring to the pump body, the interface and/or stator ring incorporate cavities at the antinodes of the vibrational mode of the stator ring.

摘要： A hydraulic drive system for a battery operated portable compression tool. The tool has an electric motor. The drive system has a self-regulating variable displacement pump with a rotatable conduit frame having radial conduits, pistons reciprocally located in the conduits, and a ring bearing surrounding the conduit frame in an eccentric adjustable location. Ends of the pistons are located against the inside of the ring bearing. A valve plate located against a front end of the rotatable conduit frame to control entry and exit of fluid into and out of the conduit frame as it is rotated.

摘要： A radial hydrostatic motor (radial piston machine) has a cylinder spider rotationally fixed and secured against axial displacement on a shaft and having a plurality of radial bores with pistons and sliding blocks that slide on the inner face of a hub ring or bushing. The bores communicate through control slots with high/low pressure delivery channels that open laterally into the cylinder spider in order to control the hydraulic media flow rate. Two mutually spaced rotors have bores with intercommunicating opposite control slots. Between both rotors is provided a housing intermediate partition having control disks opposite to the rotors and provided with channels which correspond to the control slots.

摘要： The ease of assembly of a radial plunger pump is improved while preventing an external leakage of liquid. A pump housing 2 in the form of a cylinder having a closed bottom contains a pintle 4 therein, which is secured to the bottom of the pump housing 2 by a bolt 6. A rotor 8 is rotatably fitted around the pintle. The rotor is formed with a plurality of radially extending cylinder bores 8a, in each of which a plunger 10 is slidably disposed. A guide ring 16 is disposed around the rotor. A motor 20 is fastened to and secured to the opening of the pump housing, and includes a drive shaft which is connected to the rotor to drive it for rotation. By allowing parts to be assembled into the pump housing in one direction, the ease of assembly is improved while preventing a liquid leakage.
