Each seal (120) comprises: a first ring (121), arranged at an end of the supply conduit (12) and placed in contact with the cylinder (5); a second ring (122), concentric to the first ring (121) and interposed between the supply conduit (12) and the first ring (121), wherein the second ring (122) is coupled by interference with the first ring (121) and is inserted by interference into the supply conduit (12) in such a way as to prevent a rotation of the first ring (121) with respect to the supply conduit (12) around a common axis (X).

    摘要: A hydraulic power unit combining a number of cylinders using ball bearings to displace hydraulic fluid sequentially with controlled flow to a number of hydraulic actuators. A power unit could combine a minimum of two cylinders through ten or twelve cylinders in a practical hydraulic power unit. The inherent bi-directional nature of this combination of fluid displacing ball bearings, cylinder and porting arrangement offers a unique opportunity to change fluid flow by reversing input drive. The torsional reaction component of the opposed reciprocator drives is utilized to rotate the core cylinder assembly to realign outlet and return fluid flow. This realignment can be used to reverse the fluid circuits or redirect the fluid to other work.

The main shaft supports the rotors apart at respective collars against which the rotors are clamped. Each rotor including a series of radially displaceable elements within respective bores. The stroke rings for the rotors are rigidly attached to each other by a respective bearing shaft. A respective stroke ring around each rotor for moving the displaceable elements into and out of the bores. A respective control slot into each of the bores in the rotor and the control slots of each rotor extending laterally toward the other rotor. A housing partition disposed between the rotors, the partition including a first partial annular inlet channel section communicating with the control slots during a part of the path of the rotors where the displaceable elements are moving out of the bores and a second partial annular outlet channel section communicating with the control slots during a part of the path of the rotors where the displaceable elements are moving into the bores.

    摘要: A variable displacement radial ball pump (11) is disclosed of the type in which the balls (59) are restrained by a cam ring (25), which is pivotable about a cam pivot pin (27) to vary the displacement of the pump. In accordance with the invention, in order to return the pump to absolute zero displacement, the pump is provided with a detent mechanism (65;83). The cam ring 25 has a neutral region (73) and a ramp surface (77), and a detent member (69;89) is biased into engagement with the neutral region when the cam ring is in neutral (FIGS. 2 and 3). When the cam ring is displaced from neutral, the detent member engages the ramp surface, against the bias force of a spring (71;91), which exerts a force tending to return the cam ring to neutral in the absence of an input to the control assembly (33).

    摘要: A hydrostatic displacement engine having pistons which slide on the inside of a stroke ring. The eccentricity of the stroke ring, relative to the cylinder block, is variable. The interior of the housing is divided in two areas which are separated from each other preferably by a seal, namely in the area located radially outside the stroke ring and the area located radially within the stroke ring. The inner and outer areas serve as a leakage oil collection space and connects through a leakage oil line with a pressureless liquid container. Emptying in the area situated radially outside the stroke ring is a connection line which is supplied by a pressure supply. A pressure valve maintains the pressure in the outer area at a value of several bars.

    摘要: The radial gear driven piston pump (10) comprises a stationary pintle or pin (40) having a rotatable rotor (30) mounted thereon. The rotor (30) and pintle (40) are disposed within a pumping bore (18) that is eccentrically aligned relative to bore extensions (28) receiving the pintle (40). The rotor (30) is driven by an offset motor (12) which engages a periphery of the rotor (30). The pintle (40) has therein two pairs of longitudinal passages comprising supply (46, 53) and discharge (47, 54) channels which communicate with respective intake (41, 43) and exhaust (42, 44) ports within the pump housing (16). The rotor (30) has sets of axially offset pistons (90, 100) received within piston cavities (93, 93'). Each set of piston (90, 100) comprises a metal piston cap (95) having a central opening (90) which receives a longitudinal extension (97) of a piston sealing ring (98). Each piston sealing ring (98) has an opening (111) extending into the longitudinal extension (97) in order to house a spring which engages a recess (34) of the piston cavity (93) to bias the piston outwardly into engagement with a bearing mechanism (70) disposed within the pumping bore (18). Each piston cavity (93, 93') has an end opening (94, 94') communicating intermittently with the associated supply (46, 53) and discharge (47, 54) channels as the rotor (30) rotates about the pintle (40). The pump (10) provides a dual channel pumping function with as many pistons as desired for each channel.
