    摘要: An arrangement for reducing in a hydraulic axial piston machine, leakage from the area between the rotary cylinder block end face, and the control face of a valve plate having inlet and outlet ports. The cylinder block is mounted on the drive shaft for small axial movement, but is connected for rotation with the drive shaft by a pair of meshing gears having slanted teeth so that the end face of the cylinder block is pressed against the control face with an axial force which depends on the torque transmitted between the drive shaft and the cylinder block so that leakage from the area between the end face and the control face is prevented, irrespective of the fluid pressure and load.

    摘要: A control apparatus for an adjustable hydraulic machine includes a power amplifier for adjusting the hydraulic machine under the control of a control valve generally set by manual setting means. Limiting units are selectively and detachably attached to supporting means, and respond to excessive fluid pressure, flow, or torque, to influence a limiting valve which controls the flow to the control valve so that the power amplifier operates the adjusting means of the hydraulic machine to reduce the pumped amount of fluid so that normal operating conditions are automatically obtained. One or several limiting units can be attached and connected into the hydraulic circuit of the machine, and independently control the limiting valve.

    摘要: The rotary cylinder block of a radial piston machine surrounds a control member whose outer surface has high pressure ports and low pressure ports communicating with the cylinders during rotation. The outer cylindrical surface of the control member also has a pair of circumferentially aligned first and second high pressure balancing grooves on either side of the high pressure ports and a pair of circumferentially aligned first and second low pressure balancing grooves on either side of the low pressure ports. The control member is formed with preferably straight diametrical ducts connecting the first and second high pressure balancing grooves with the first and second low pressure balancing grooves located on the same side of the high pressure and low pressure ports, respectively. The high pressure balancing grooves and the low pressure balancing grooves are filled, respectively, with high pressure fluid and low pressure fluid from the high pressure and low pressure ports, respectively, through the gap between the inner surface of the cylinder block and the outer surface of the control member so that the pressure fluid in the balancing grooves substantially centers the cylinder block on the control member.

    摘要: The cylinder block of an axial piston machine includes a rotary control face pressed against a stationary control face having inlet and outlet ports. A peripheral annular shoulder of the cylinder block cooperates with an annular shoulder on a pressure ring surrounding the cylinder block so that a pressure chamber is formed, communicating through a channel including a check valve, with an annular groove in the stationary control face connected by a throttle duct with a low pressure area. When the pressure between the control faces increases, the pressure in the pressure chamber also increases and urges the cylinder block with its control face against the stationary control face. A supporting ring for the pressure ring is mounted for universal tilting movement in the housing, to permit the cylinder block to assume the correct position.
