    摘要: A cryogenic pump comprising a shaft disposed in a bearing. The shaft rotates with respect to the bearing housing, and the shaft includes an end with an angled face. The pump includes a drive at one end of the bearing housing. A tappet passage is formed through the drive housing. A pushrod housing connects to the drive housing. The pump includes a piston and a tappet sliding within the tappet passage. The tappet has a base end disposed within the tappet passage and a rod end extending below the tappet end of the drive housing. A fluid cavity is in the tappet passage between the piston and the tappet. The pump includes a pushrod connected to the tappet. The angled face of the shaft rotates and drives the piston toward the drive housing, pushing fluid within the fluid cavity against the tappet, driving the pushrod away from the drive housing.

    摘要: Large size pumps have limited dynamics as compared to small pumps. The use of large size pumps is restricted by relatively low working pressure and low driving speed. A Large size pump has large bearing and frictional surfaces, so the increased working pressure reduces the service life of the pump. A large size pump comprises large pistons, so with the high driving speed, pistons may detach from the piston shoes due to its inertia.The present invention is contrived to overcome the main limitation on the conventional design of swash plate pumps, particularly large size pumps. More specifically, the mechanism for drawing in refrigerant to the front compression chambers (28a) include suction valves (18a) configured by flap valves. The mechanism for drawing in refrigerant to the rear compression chambers (29a) is configured by a rotary valve (35). Thus, pulsation of the compressor is reduced, so that the generation of noise is suppressed. As a result, a quiet compressor is achieved.

The first transmitting portion includes a first transmitting surface and a first receiving surface. The link mechanism also includes a movement restrictor arranged between the first and second transmitting portions. The movement restrictor includes a restricting surface formed in the lug plate and a restricted surface formed in the cam plate and restricts the first receiving surface to move away from the first transmitting surface in the rotational direction of the drive shaft in such a manner that the restricted surface comes into contact with the restricting surface.

    摘要: A wave cam type compressor is provided. The compressor has a wave cam body mounted on a rotary shaft for integral rotation and pistons operably contacting said cam body by way of shoes. The shoes are moveable relative to the cam body according to the rotation of the cam body. The shoes move on predetermined paths on cam surfaces of the cam body. The rotation therewith of the rotary shaft is converted into a reciprocation movement of the pistons between top dead center and a lower dead center in cylinder bores to compress fluid supplied into the cylinder bores. Each cam surface has a contour matching the locus of a predetermined smooth two-dimensional imaginary curve when the curve is translated from its plane in the direction perpendicular to the plane. A first portion is provided on the cam surface to drive the piston to the bottom dead center and a second portion is provided on the cam surface to drive the piston to the top dead center. The second portion has a greater radius of curvature than the first portion.

    摘要: A hydraulic power unit combining a number of cylinders using ball bearings to displace hydraulic fluid sequentially with controlled flow to a number of hydraulic actuators. A power unit could combine a minimum of two cylinders through ten or twelve cylinders in a practical hydraulic power unit. The inherent bi-directional nature of this combination of fluid displacing ball bearings, cylinder and porting arrangement offers a unique opportunity to change fluid flow by reversing input drive. The torsional reaction component of the opposed reciprocator drives is utilized to rotate the core cylinder assembly to realign outlet and return fluid flow. This realignment can be used to reverse the fluid circuits or redirect the fluid to other work.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor has a sleeve axially slidably mounted on an axial drive shaft and a swash plate tiltably connected to the sleeve. The angle of the tilt of the swash plate is variable by an axial movement of the sleeve and a movement of the swash plate along a guiding cam track to vary the compressor displacement. The guiding cam track is provided by a cam groove having a form of a closed loop and formed in a driving plate drivingly connected to the drive shaft and to the swash plate to transmit the torque of the drive shaft to the swash plate. A fulcrum pin is provided on the swash plate and engaged in the cam groove and is movable along the guide groove toward the drive shaft as the angle of tilt of the swash plate is decreased.

    摘要: A multi-piston swash plate type compressor with an internal lubricating arrangement for an air conditioning system used in a vehicle such as an automobile comprises a cylinder block body having a swash plate chamber formed therein for receiving a swash plate, and cylinder bores formed therein for receiving pistons. The compressor has a suction chamber which is fed with a refrigerant including a lubrication oil from an evaporator of the air conditioning system, and a discharge chamber which feeds the compressed refrigerant to a condenser of the air conditioning system. The suction and discharge chambers are communicated with each of the cylinder bores through valves. Passages are formed in the cylinder block body for feeding the refrigerant from the swash plate member to the suction chamber in such a manner that the refrigerant flow is guided to positively lubricate movable parts included in the cylinder block body as a component element of the compressor.
