    摘要: An electronic device and method are disclosed. The electronic device includes a first antenna configured to communicate using a first frequency band group, a ground switch coupled to the first antenna, a second antenna configured to communicate using a second frequency band group, wherein the second antenna overlaps the first antenna, a band selection switch configured to select one of multiple radio frequency (RF) paths for the second frequency band group, and a processor. The processor implements the method, including determining a communication frequency band, when the communication frequency band is unsupported by the second antenna, identifying an RF path corresponding to the communication frequency band from among the multiple RF paths, and controlling the band selection switch to select the identified RF path for operative connection to the second antenna.

    摘要: A low profile, planar, wide band (e.g., 600 MHz to 5 GHZ) antenna assembly consisting of four subarrays, each subarray consisting of a set of planar elements connected in a dipole. The elements may be disposed on a first layer or surface of a non-conductive substrate such as a printed circuit board. A second set of subarrays may also comprise planar elements disposed on a second layer of the substrate and operates as a GPS antenna. The elements on the second layer overlap somewhat with the elements on the first layer to provide a partial ground plane for the elements on the first later. A beamforming circuit may be coupled to the sub-arrays, depending on configuration. The assembly may be placed on a windshield or rear window of a vehicle, such as a passenger car near the roof.

    摘要: A dipole antenna unit and a base station antenna are disclosed. The dipole antenna unit includes two support plates, each support plate being provided with a first copper-clad region, the first copper-clad region including a balun and a first dipole arm connected to the balun, and a second dipole arm coupled to the first dipole arm in a non-contact manner is further arranged. Therefore, the dipole antenna unit and the base station antenna using the same according to the embodiments of the present disclosure have high hetero-polarization isolation and a high cross polarization ratio, an intermodulation index is improved, a structure is stable and reliable, and reduction of an overall size of the dipole antenna unit and the base station antenna is facilitated.
