摘要: According to the invention, there is provided a method of compressing an uncured man-made vitreous fibre web, the web having two opposed major faces. The method comprising the steps: passing the web along a path; and subjecting the web to thickness compression by applying compression to the two major opposed faces of the web. Compression of each of said major faces of the web is applied by passing the path between converging continuous or discontinuous compression surfaces. Further, the respective major face of the web that is being compressed is in contact with one of the converging compression surfaces, and said converging compression surface is inclined towards the path. Additionally, each inclined converging compression surface applies an amount of compression to the major face of the web with which the respective inclined converging surface is in contact, wherein the amount of compression applied to at least one of the two opposing major faces of the web is adjustable.

摘要: A method of making a liner for an appliance is provided. The method includes mixing a polymeric capping layer precursor and a pigment additive to form a color capping layer. The method also includes extruding a polymeric base resin to form a polymeric base layer at a base layer formation temperature. The method further includes laminating the polymeric base layer and the color capping layer to form the liner at about the base layer formation temperature.

摘要: A method is provided for manufacturing recyclable environment-friendly organic paper, in which a biomass plastic material, which is one of a biodegradable plastic (such as PLA), a biobased plastic (such as NPP), and a mixture of the two is used as a primary raw material, and the biomass plastic material and an inorganic mineral material (such as inorganic glass powder, mineral powder, and sand) and a bioplastic assisting agent (such as starch, apple pulp, egg shell, and the likes) are directly deposited into a compression and extension paper making machine to make environment-friendly organic paper. The environment-friendly organic paper so made does not contain fossil organic material (such as polypropylene), and thus no high temperature, smoke, and toxicant gases will be generated during burning and combustion and residuals of burning and combustion are primarily the natural inorganic minerals fraction can return to the earth and the nature.

摘要: A linear actuator leverage assembly including a base with a side surface and a back surface defining between them a corner, a rail member coupled to the base, a lever arm with a bearing surface, and a linear actuator. 摘要: The invention provides a high strength stone plastic floor and manufacturing method thereof. The stone plastic floor comprises a PVC substrate and a surface layer on a surface of the PVC substrate. Compositions of PVC substrate comprise: PVC powder from 20 to 35 weight percent, calcium carbonate from 60 to 70 weight percent, stabilizer from 1 to 3 weight percent, flexibilizer from 1 to 3 weight percent, lubricants from 0.4 to 1 weight percent, and colorant from 0.4 to 1 weight percent. The high strength stone plastic floor does not contain plasticizer so environmental risks are completely avoided. The contractility is good. The high strength stone plastic floor is resistant to high temperature and direct sunlight. Compared with conventional stone plastic floor, lifespan of the present invention is prolonged. The PVC substrate of the floor can be combined with different layers and can integrate different advantages of other floors.

摘要: In a composite sheet manufacturing device, a second roller having a plurality of first projections and a third roller are disposed so as to be adjacent to a first roller having multiple recessed areas. The outer diameters of the first and third rollers are the same size. The third roller is joined to the first roller with a first gear pair therebetween, so as to rotate at the same rotation frequency as that of the first roller. A first sheet that is fed in between the first roller and the second roller is shaped by being pushed into the recessed areas of the first roller by the first projections of the second roller. A second sheet is then superimposed onto the first sheet and is passed through the space between the first roller and the third roller, and the first and second sheets are thereby bonded to each other.

摘要: Processes, and systems for making a substantially smooth surfaced, dust agent free rubber or similar sheet product, are disclosed. To create the dust agent free sheet, a low-shrinkage thermoplastic textile fiber separator is inserted between layers of a calendered sheet so as to be able to separate layers of the sheeting after vulcanization. The use of the separator replaces the use of talc or dust that is commonly used to separate layers of sheeting during or after the calendering process and prior to a heating or vulcanization process.

摘要: VDF-co-(TFE or TrFE) polymers having a molecular weight of at least about 1,000,000 g/mol and a melt temperature less than about 240° C. The VDF copolymer contains at least about 50 mol % VDF monomer and may include an amount of at least one other monomer. The VDF copolymer may be used to form a membrane that has a node and fibril structure. The membrane has a percent porosity of at least 25%. A VDF-co-(TFE or TrFE) polymer membrane may be formed by lubricating the VDF copolymer, subjecting the lubricated polymer to pressure at a temperature below the melting point of the VDF copolymer to form a preform material, and expanding the preform material at a temperature below the melting temperature of the VDF copolymer. Dense VDF copolymer articles, filled VDF copolymer membranes, and VDF copolymer fibers are also provided.
