    Abstract: The invention pertains to a method of detecting and calculating height of a jump performed by an individual, comprising the following steps:A detection of a reception subsequent to the jump, this step comprising a sub-step of detecting a pressure spike of amplitude greater than a first threshold amplitude, within pressure measurements provided by a pressure sensor embedded aboard a watch worn on the wrist of the individual,A calculation of a height of the jump by differencing a starting altitude corresponding to a last stable pressure measured before the pressure spike and a finishing altitude corresponding to a first stable pressure measured after the pressure spike via the pressure sensor, a stable pressure being defined as a pressure whose variations do not exceed 0.1 hectopascals for at least 2 seconds.

    Abstract: For the process for determining a distance, there is provided a succession of coded signals at high frequency transmitted between a base station and a wearable object. A preparation of a response signal is conducted in the wearable object on reception of the first synchronisation signal after activation of the wearable object. A transmission of successive coded signals at high frequency from the wearable object is conducted for the station, of which the last response signal is scrambled by a modulation of data on the last signal received at a high transfer rate from the station. An analysis is conducted in a processing unit of the base station after reception of the signals from the wearable object to accurately determine the distance separating the base station from the recognised wearable object.

    Abstract: A magnetic clock escapement, and a regulating device, the escapement including a first circular network formed by N1 magnetic lines and a second circular network formed by N2 magnetic lines, N2 being different from N1. The first and second networks are superimposed to define a combined pattern having a magnetic Moiré effect. The combined pattern is coupled magnetically to at least one magnet of a resonator to pace operation of a mechanical clock movement. The first magnetic structure is carried by an escapement wheel and can rotate relative to the second fixed magnetic structure with an angular frequency F1. The combined pattern rotates with a greater angular frequency F2 and equal to the angular frequency F1 multiplied by the number N1 and divided by the number ΔN equal to this number N1 minus the number N2, F2=F1·N1/ΔN.

    Abstract: A timepiece or watch includes at least one resonator, which includes at least one weight that oscillates with respect to a connecting element fixed to a structure of a timepiece movement. The weight is suspended from the connecting element by resilient crossed strips which extend at a distance from each other in two parallel planes. The projections of the strips on one of the parallel planes intersect at a virtual pivot axis of the weight, and define a first angle which is the apex angle opposite which there extends the portion of the connecting element that is located between the attachments of the crossed strips to the connecting element. The first angle is between 68° and 76°.
