    Abstract: Disclosed is a spike spectrum output-type pressure sensor including an electrolyte and a method of manufacturing the same. The pressure includes a first electrode, a pressure sensing unit positioned on the first electrode and including a pattern including an electrolyte, a spacer positioned on the first electrode and configured to partially or fully surround the pressure sensing unit, and a second electrode positioned on the spacer and on the pressure sensing unit and spaced apart from the pressure sensing unit. The pressure sensor of the present invention can provide reliable pressure sensing results even in an environment where noise may occur due to stable signal transmission of a spike spectrum, which is a kind of frequency-based signal.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sample holder on which a crystal sample for serial crystallography is mounted, or the like. Compared to an existing sample holder, the sample holder according to the present invention can be manufactured by a very simple manufacturing process and at low costs, and does not physically and chemically affect other equipment therearound while collecting X-ray diffraction data. Therefore, it is possible to stably operate a beam line, to increase beam time efficiency, and further to perform raster scanning so that many diffraction images can be obtained even in a small-sized chip. In addition, since the problem of evaporation of a crystallized solution does not occur even when the crystallized solution is stored in the air for a long time, the sample holder is generally easy to use compared to a previously reported sample holder. Therefore, it is expected that the sample holder is very likely to be variously applied to the fixed-target serial crystallographic research field using various samples.

The method includes splitting input feature data into first splitting data corresponding to a first digit bit and second splitting data corresponding to a second digit bit different from the first digit bit, propagating the first splitting data through a first binary neural network, propagating the second splitting data through a second binary neural network, and merging first result data by propagation of the first splitting data and second result data by propagating the second splitting data to generate output feature data.
