Abstract: A base station is disclosed that enables an efficient use of resources even when a TTI length is shortened. In this base station, a PDCCH section (103) generates one piece of downlink control information (DCI) containing control information for a plurality of first transmission time intervals (TTIs) each having a TTI length shorter than a second TTI, and a transmission section (107) transmits the DCI. Control information on retransmission processing for a data signal is configured for each of the plurality of first TTIs while control information other than the control information on the retransmission processing is configured in common among the plurality of first TTIs in the DCI.

Abstract: An anomaly detecting device includes a flow collector that collects an amount of flow communication traffic in each of two or more networks in an in-vehicle network system that including the two or more networks, the amount of flow communication traffic being information obtained by tallying an amount of communication traffic of one or more frames classified according to a predetermined rule that is based on header information of a network protocol; and an anomaly detector that calculates, based on the amount of flow communication traffic, an observed ratio indicating a ratio of respective amounts of communication traffic in the two or more networks and determines whether the two or more networks are anomalous based on the observed ratio calculated and a normal ratio indicating a ratio of respective amounts of communication traffic in the two or more networks in a normal state.

Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication device. A PHICH reception unit determines whether a received signal in a PHICH region is an ACK signal or a NACK signal. When doing so, the PHICH reception unit does not receive a PHICH in a subframe in which a terminal monitors an E-PDCCH. A control signal reception unit outputs a retransmission prompting signal to a signal allocation unit when the signal outputted from the PHICH reception unit is a NACK signal and when a UL grant was not detected. Meanwhile, when a UL grant was detected, the control signal reception unit outputs the detected UL grant to the signal allocation unit. The signal allocation unit maps the transmission signal in accordance with the retransmission prompting signal and the UL grant and transmits the transmission signal from a wireless transmission unit.

Abstract: An encoder includes memory and circuitry. The circuitry, using the memory, (i) selects a mode from among a plurality of modes each for deriving a motion vector, and derives a motion vector for a current block via the selected mode, and (ii) performs inter prediction encoding on the current block, using the derived motion vector, via one of a skip mode and a non-skip mode different from the skip mode. The plurality of modes include a plurality of first modes each for predicting the motion vector for the current block based on an encoded block neighboring the current block without encoding information indicating a motion vector into a stream. When a second mode included in the plurality of first modes is selected, the current block is encoded via the non-skip mode regardless of presence or absence of a residual coefficient.

Abstract: An encoding method includes: changing values of luma pixels in a first block and a second block to filter a first boundary between the first block and the second block, using clipping such that change amounts of the respective values are within respective luma clip widths, the luma pixels in the first block and the second block being arranged along a first line across the first boundary; and changing values of chroma pixels in a third block and a fourth block to filter a second boundary between the third block and the fourth block, using clipping such that change amounts of the respective values are within respective chroma clip widths, the chroma pixels in the third block and the fourth block being arranged along a second line across the second boundary. The luma clip widths applied to the luma pixels are selected to be asymmetrical relative to the first boundary.
