    Abstract: The stabilizer link is used for linking a suspension and a stabilizer provided in a vehicle and includes: a support bar; and a pair of ball joints provided at two ends of the support bar, each of the pair of ball joints includes: a ball stud including a stud portion and a ball portion, and a support member which rotatably supports the ball portion of the ball stud and to which the support bar is connected, at least one end of the support bar is provided with a link protector, and the link protector includes: a main portion having a cylindrical shape with a bottom and covering the support member, a drainage mechanism for discharging water that has entered a gap between the support member and the link protector, and a holding portion holding the support bar.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a coil spring, in which a corresponding portion is provided at an end portion in a direction of a coil axis, the corresponding portion having a whole size in the direction of the coil axis of the plurality of wire materials adjacent to each other in the direction of the coil axis equal to a maximum value of a gap in the direction of the coil axis between wire materials adjacent to each other in the direction of the coil axis of the coil spring, a gap in the direction of the coil axis between the corresponding portion and a wire material adjacent to the corresponding portion on an inner side in the direction of the coil axis is smaller than a wire height in an active coil portion of the coil spring, and at the end portion of the direction of the coil axis, a gap in the direction of the coil axis between a portion extending around the coil axis from the corresponding portion to a distal end portion side of the wire material and a wire material adjacent to the portion on the inner side in the direction of the coil axis gradually decreases from the corresponding portion toward the distal end portion side of the wire material around the coil axis.

    Abstract: A stabilizer manufacturing apparatus is adapted to bond a rubber bush, which is a bush made of rubber disposed between a stabilizer and a vehicle body, to a rubber bush bonding location where an adhesive layer of the stabilizer is formed. The stabilizer manufacturing apparatus is provided with: a curing furnace for heating the stabilizer, which is conveyed by a manufacturing line conveying unit and has the rubber bush bonding location with which the rubber bush is press-contacted, and performing the bonding; a heat source device that heats air; a blower device that sends the air heated by the heat source device as hot air; and a plurality of nozzles that are disposed along the manufacturing line conveying unit in the curing furnace and blow the hot air against, at a near position from, a location in the vicinity of the rubber bush bonding location of the stabilizer.

    Abstract: A circuit member includes a metal base, an insulating layer, a conductor, and a cover layer. A termial portion of the circuit member includes a thick portion formed at a part of the insulating layer, a conductor convex portion which is a part of the conductor, and overlaps the thick portion, and a conductor extending portion. By the conductor convex portion and the conductor extending portion, a stepped side pad is formed. The stepped side gad includes a first surface along the conductor extending portion, and a second surface which rises in a thickness direction of the conductor extending portion.     Abstract: A stabilizer bar with rubber bush includes a stabilizer bar (2), and at least one rubber bush (6) adhesively fixed to at least a portion of the stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar (2) and the rubber bush (6) are adhesively fixed to each other with an adhesive agent layer (3). The adhesive agent layer (3) includes a primer agent layer (4) formed on a surface of the stabilizer bar (2) and having a dry film thickness of 3 μm or more and 13 μm or less; and a first top coat agent layer (5) formed on the primer agent layer (4) and having a dry film thickness of 5 μm or more and less than 13 μm.
