    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device-to device (D2D) operation method executed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: acquiring a public land mobile network (PLMN) list for a first service; acquiring a PLMN list for a second service; determining frequency priorities on the basis of the PLMN list for the first service and the PLMN list for the second service; and performing cell re-selection on the basis of the frequency priorities, wherein said determining of the frequency priorities comprises determining, as a top priority, a frequency for a PLMN which is commonly included in the PLMN list for the first service and the PLMN list for the second service.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for handling radio access network (RAN) assistance information in a wireless communication system are provided. A user equipment (UE) receives the RAN assistance information with a time value via dedicated signaling from a first cell of a first radio access technology (RAT), and starts a timer with the received timer value. The UE performs a cell change from the first cell of the first RAT to a second cell of a second RAT, and determines whether to stop the timer based on the RAN assistance information. The UE applies the received RAN assistance information while the timer is running. While the timer is running, the UE applies the received RAN assistance information, which is received from the first cell for the first RAT, for RAN-assisted interworking with the second cell of the second RAT.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for reconfiguring multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) minimization of drive test (MDT) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a value tag for MBMS-MDT, and determines whether to perform MBMS-MDT reconfiguration by comparing the received value tag for MBMS-MDT with a stored value tag for MBMS-MDT. If the received value tag for MBMS-MDT and the stored value tag for MBMS-MDT are different from each other, the UE performs the MBMS-MDT reconfiguration. Alternatively, if a paging message includes an indicator of modification of the MBMS-MDT configuration, the UE acquires the MBMS-MDT configuration and performs the MBMS-MDT reconfiguration.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling traffic steering in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE), which is able to communicate with a first node and a second node simultaneously, may performs a random access to the first node if initiated service corresponds to an emergency service or a service of the UE which has high priority. Alternatively, the UE may acquire bearer steering criterion, which indicates which bearer should be served either at the first node or the second node, from the first node, and determine whether to request the specific bearer service to the first node or the second node according to the bearer steering criterion.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for expanding a coverage using multiple serving cells in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for supporting the same. A terminal may receive, at least one time, setting information which indicates multiple serving cells to be combined from among the multiple serving cells, and receive repetitively messages in the multiple serving cells to be combined on the basis of the received setting information. Moreover, the terminal may combine the messages which are repetitively received in the multiple serving cells to be combined, on the basis of the received setting information.
