Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for transmitting an MMS notification message including the steps of transmitting the MMS notification message including information used for receiving an MMS message to a receiving subscriber terminal, and retransmitting the MMS notification message to another subscriber terminal designated in advance by a subscriber of the subscriber terminal when transmission check information of the MMS notification message is not provided from the subscriber terminal or the MMS message is not requested by the subscriber terminal within a predetermined period of time.
Abstract:
A frequency mixing apparatus is provided. In the frequency mixing apparatus, a PMOS transistor is coupled to an NMOS transistor in a cascode configuration and an LO signal is applied to the bulks of the PMOS and NMOS transistors so that an input signal applied to their gates is mixed with the LO signal. High isolation between the bulks and gates of the transistors resulting from application of the LO signal to the bulks prevents leakage of the LO signal, thereby decreasing a DC offset voltage. This renders the frequency mixing applicable to a DCR. Also, due to the cascade configuration similar to an inverter configuration, the frequency mixing apparatus can be incorporated in an FPGA of a MODEM in SDR applications. Frequency mixing based on switching of a threshold voltage decreases a noise factor and enables frequency mixing in a low supply voltage range, thereby decreasing power consumption.
Abstract:
The present invention relates an absorptive high temperature desorber for mechanically narrowing the width of the combustion area, and an absorption chiller-heater using the absorptive high temperature desorber. The high temperature desorber comprises a plurality of combustion chambers, a group of liquid ducts arranged in the perpendicular direction in the combustion chambers, and the distribution chambers independently supplying a mixing gas to the plurality of combustion chambers. Therefore, the high temperature desorber can form flame independently and variably in the combustion chamber, and has a mechanically small width.
Abstract:
A system for identifying visitors using a closed-circuit television camera to generate image data by reading images of visitors and a microphone to convert the sound waves received from visitors into electric waves. A door-bell button has a call-bell function available for when a visitor calls and as well as a switch function for operating a computer while the computer is in a hibernation state. The computer system controls and stores the signals and image data from the CCTV camera, the microphone, and the call-bell button while a monitor which displays the image data. This system identifies visitors by storing the visitor's image sensed from an identification device while the owner a user is absent and reconfirms after by using a general purpose home computers; the system has a hibernation function and is inexpensive.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a digital computer system executing a scheduled operation and method thereof including: a main system having a central processing unit for processing an interrupt processing routine; a bus which transmits information to system elements by connecting the main system and the system elements; a system memory which is connected to the bus and stores system information such as hibernation information; a power supply which supplies an external power to a computer system and supplies power to the computer system when the external power is turned off; a wake-up source which senses, receives and outputs an external change; a power control connected to the wake-up source, the power supply and the bus, controls the computer system for a hibernation function and receives the external change signal from the wake-up source in order that the computer system can execute the scheduled operation; and a storing device which is connected to the bus and stores data such as information of the system memory and the central processing unit.
Abstract:
A pole base assembly comprises a supporting bar, a guide cap having a lower planar portion for preventing a magnetic tape from upwardly diverging, a pole base having a protruding guide surface for preventing the magnetic tape from downwardly diverging and a through hole into which the supporting bar is closely fitted and a roller rotatably mounted around the supporting bar.
Abstract:
A computer system includes: a host unit, a power management system, a data backup power supply, a switching mode power supply, an auxiliary storage unit and a memory. The power management system generates a hibernation signal when an event is not generated from peripheral devices for a predetermined time period, a battery driving signal is output from the data backup power supply due to a power-off operation, or a command word is generated in accordance with performing a scheduled program. The host unit backs up the current operational environment and data in the auxiliary memory storage unit according to the hibernation signal, and outputs a powerdown command word so that the power management system interrupts the system power supply by outputting a main power cut-off signal or outputting a battery power cut-off signal according to the powerdown command word. The power management system resumes the power supply by outputting a power supply signal when a WAKE-UP signal in generated while the power is interrupted. When power is resumed, the host unit retrieves the backed up data and the work environment, identifies the source outputting the WAKE-UP signal, and then performs the corresponding operation.
Abstract:
An apparatus for detecting rotative velocity of a reel table of a tape recorder continuously detects a rotational state of a reel table to provide data to a control section of a driving mechanism for automatically stopping the reel table when the reel table is not normally rotated, which includes a reel table installed on a deck of a tape recorder for being rotated in accordance with a driving of a driving motor to lead a travelling of a tape, a rotating unit formed to a lower plane of the reel table for being rotated dependently on the rotation of the reel table, and a switching unit for successively repeating connection and short operations in accordance with the rotation of the rotating unit, and providing the result as a pulse signal. Thus, fewer elements are needed to facilitate an assembling thereof, and the rotative velocity of the reel table can be detected by adopting a contact-type detecting system in place of the expensive optical detecting system.
