    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a transmitter device may transmit a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) communication using a first code block order for code blocks of the HARQ communication; detect a trigger to retransmit the HARQ communication based at least in part on transmitting the HARQ communication; reorder the code blocks of the HARQ communication based at least in part on detecting the trigger to retransmit the HARQ communication; and retransmit the HARQ communication using a second code block order based at least in part on reordering the code blocks of the HARQ communication. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for measuring round trip times (RTTs) between a user equipment (UE) and a plurality of transmission-reception points (TRPs). In an aspect, the UE receives a positioning configuration message from a TRP, measures a time of arrival (TOA) of each of a plurality of positioning signals from the plurality of TRPs, and transmits, to the TRP, a RACH positioning Message A on uplink resources defined in the positioning configuration message, and receives, from the TRP, a RACH positioning Message B subsequent to transmitting the RACH positioning Message A, wherein the RACH positioning Message A includes a first plurality of positioning measurements corresponding to the plurality of TRPs, the RACH positioning Message B includes a second plurality of positioning measurements corresponding to the plurality of TRPs, or any combination thereof.

In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a wireless communication device, a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration transmission from a network entity.     Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to techniques associated with the acquisition of reference signals. In some aspects, a network may request a user equipment (UE) to measure a timing difference between neighbor cells and use that information to generate a CSI-RS configuration. The network sends the CSI-RS configuration to the UE to enable the UE to acquire a CSI-RS from a neighbor cell. In some aspects, a network may send timing-related information to a neighbor cell and the neighbor cell uses that information to transmit a CSI-RS.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for using sounding reference signal (SRS) for positioning. In an aspect, a UE receives an SRS configuration, the SRS configuration defining one or more SRS resource sets, each SRS resource set comprising one or more SRS resources, and each SRS resource comprising one or more SRS ports, wherein at least one SRS port of at least one SRS resource of at least one SRS resource set defined in the SRS configuration is usable by the UE at least for positioning. The UE transmits a positioning SRS utilizing one or more positioning SRS ports, wherein the positioning SRS is transmitted in a positioning SRS pattern such that across N consecutive symbols, where N is greater than or equal to two, SRS resource elements (REs) to which the one or more positioning SRS ports are mapped are staggered in frequency and use each of the N consecutive symbols.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may identify a time division duplexing (TDD) configuration, where the TDD configuration includes a symbol pattern for a slot. A network may determine an overlap between a downlink symbol or a flexible symbol and an uplink symbol during symbols of the slot based on a second TDD configuration of a second UE, resulting in a cross-link interference (CLI). The second UE may measure the CLI based on implicit or explicit configurations that enable the measurement. Additionally or alternatively, the second UE may measure the CLI based on uplink signaling used for measuring the CLI, including dedicated signaling used for measuring CLI. In some cases, the uplink signaling may include uplink data, CLI reference signals, or random data.

    Abstract: Aspects in a wireless network are disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a capability of the UE to simultaneously transmit sounding reference signal (SRS) resources between component carriers (CCs) in carrier aggregation (CA) across at least one frequency band using a specified arrangement of antenna ports and antennas. The UE may receive, from the base station, a configuration to simultaneously transmit the SRS resources using antenna switching for the CCs across the at least one frequency band and the specified arrangement of antenna ports and antennas. The UE may transmit the SRS resources simultaneously between at least two of the plurality of CCs in the at least one frequency band using the received configuration. Among other benefits, this dynamic allocation of resources enables the UE to perform at a level commensurate with its intrinsic capabilities, increasing network efficiency and speed.

    Abstract: Improved methods, systems, devices, or apparatus that support prioritization for potential shared data transmissions are described. In some cases, a receiving device may identify transmission parameters for shared transmissions including a scheduled shared transmission and determine resources for a potential shared transmission. The receiving device may monitor for the shared transmission(s) based on priority rules for a shared transmission and the potential shared transmission. For instance, the receiving device may be configured to receive only one of the scheduled or potential shared transmission. In some cases, the transmitting device may consider the priority rules and determine whether to transmit or drop one or more shared transmissions.
