    Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving information associated with a plurality of user equipment (UE), wherein the information comprises location information for each of the plurality of UE and receiving information associated with a plurality of temporary network attached compute (NAC) apparatuses in proximity to the plurality of UE. The computer-implemented method further includes analyzing the information associated with the plurality of UE or the information associated with the plurality of temporary NAC apparatuses. The computer-implemented method further includes in response to the analysis, detecting a trigger, wherein the trigger comprises reaching one or more thresholds associated with the information associated with the plurality of UE or the information associated with the plurality of temporary NAC apparatuses. The computer-implemented method further includes based on the trigger, orchestrating movement, and connection of each of the plurality of temporary NAC apparatuses.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method in which a processing system obtains physical and social environmental data for a communication device user, and provides content for presentation at the device. First reaction data, obtained via sensors associated with the user, indicate the user's reaction to presentation of the content; the data is analyzed to determine user affinity for the content in a context of the physical and social environments. The content is modified during the presentation; second reaction data is obtained and analyzed to determine a second user affinity for the modified content. If the affinity is enhanced, the modified content is sent to other users' equipment via a social network. Affinity responses regarding the modified content are analyzed, and a set of users is identified as an affinity group; additional content is transmitted to equipment of the affinity group. Other embodiments are disclosed.

    Abstract: A method, where the method includes discovering an event where at least one device is offline and instantiating an emergency mode causing the at least one device to permit data or message aggregation. The method further includes defining a community of devices including an identity of the at least one device and establishing communication between the at least one device and a mobile aggregation device. The method further includes when the mobile aggregation device is in communication with the at least one device, aggregating a payload of a message or data from the at least one device and the community having an artificial intelligence instantiated as a virtual network function or network device, the community communicating with the mobile aggregation device to receive data from the at least one device, and the artificial intelligence being configured to assess the event based on the data obtained by the mobile aggregation device.

    Abstract: Propensities of entities, comprising human users and virtual assistants (VAs), for various behaviors can be determined and used to facilitate managing interactions between entities. An interaction management component (IMC) can determine an aggregate propensity metric relating to a propensity of an entity to engage in a behavior based on a cross-correlation of respective propensity metrics relating to respective propensities of the entity to engage in respective behaviors. During an interaction between entities, including the entity, IMC can determine an action to perform to interact with the entity based on the aggregate propensity metric and a context determined for the interaction. The action can be one that is predicted to elicit a defined action by the entity in response to the action. During (or after) the interaction, IMC can update behavior attributes, context, and/or aggregate propensity metric associated with the entity based on actions performed during the interaction.
