Abstract:
A broadband antenna includes a grounding plane, a radiation unit which has first and second radiation components disposed adjacent to the grounding plane, and an impedance adjusting unit which is operable to adjust an impedance upon receipt of and according to a control signal. A length of a resonance path of the antenna is equal to an overall electrical length of from the first radiation component, the impedance adjusting unit, to the second terminal.
Abstract:
A glue-thermal curing equipment includes a chassis, a support, a heating baking plate and a lifting device. The chassis is formed with an accommodation space therein. The support is fixedly disposed in the accommodation space. The heating baking plate is disposed on the support, and has a top surface acting as a heat generating surface. The heat generating surface allows a panel device to be directly disposed thereon, and fully provides uniform thermal energy to a liquid-state glue layer disposed on the panel device. The lifting device is elevatably disposed on the support and enables the panel device to be lifted and separated from the heat generating surface.
Abstract:
A server cluster including a network switch and multiple server nodes is provided. The network switch is connected to an external network. Each server node performs an operation system and respectively includes a network port, a network chip and a south bridge chip. The network port is connected to the network switch via a cable. The network chip outputs a power-off signal according to a received power-off packet after the network switch is started. The south bridge chip outputs a shutdown signal to shut down the server node according to the power-off signal when the server node is turned on and the operation system is working normally.
Abstract:
A verification method including a set flow and the identification flow is provided. The set flow includes: displaying an original outline pattern; executing a coloring operation on the original outline pattern in response to a user encryption coloring event to generate and display a colored outline pattern; storing the colored outline pattern. The identification flow includes: displaying an original outline pattern; executing a coloring operation on the original outline pattern in response to a user verification coloring event to generate and display a to-be identified colored outline pattern; determining whether the to-be identified colored outline pattern is equal to the colored outline pattern; if yes, triggering the verification pass event; if not, triggering the verification fail event.
Abstract:
A rack server system and an operating method applicable thereto are provided. The rack server system includes a battery backup unit (BBU) and at least one server. The operating method includes: communicating the server and the BBU with each other; the BBU providing a status information and a previous self-discharging test information to the server for the server to judge a status of the BBU; and providing power from the BBU to the server and adjusting a loading of the server according to the status information of the BBU when an input power is interrupted.
Abstract:
A computer system is disclosed. The computer system comprises a near field communication (NFC) tag and a computer. The computer comprises a flash read only memory (ROM), a chipset, an NFC module and a central processing unit (CPU). The flash ROM stores a basic input/output system (BIOS) having a default user identification (UID) and a default entry key data. The chipset comprises a keyboard buffer. The NFC module reads a UID seed from the NFC tag when the NFC tag is close to the NFC module. The CPU generates a current UID according to the UID seed and a function, and determines whether the current UID is equal to the UID. The CPU writes the default entry key data to the keyboard buffer if the current UID is equal to the UID.
Abstract:
A first electronic device has a first side provided with first and second contacts. The first contact is connected to a direct current power source and the second contact is grounded. A second electronic device has a decision circuit and a second side removably connected to the first side. The second side includes third and fourth contacts. When the first and second electronic devices are connected in a first configuration, the decision circuit outputs a first signal according to the first configuration, whereas when the electronic devices are connected in a second configuration opposite to the first configuration, the decision circuit outputs a second signal according to the second configuration.
Abstract:
A method is provided for providing teaching-learning materials corresponding to real-world scenarios. Teaching-learning materials are provided and stored in advance, wherein each item of the teaching-learning materials corresponds to coordinates marking locations for at least one landmark. A service request specifying the coordinates of a location for a specific client device is received. One item of the teaching-learning materials is then selected in response to the service request, wherein the selected teaching-learning material corresponding to the landmark that is located on or near the location of the client device. Learning service is provided based on the selected teaching-learning material.
Abstract:
An operation method for a computer system includes: a capacitance button controller detecting whether a capacitance button group is touched; if a capacitance power button of the capacitance button group is touched, a system platform receiving a power button signal in a first logic state and changing an operation state of the system platform; if the capacitance power button is touched for longer than a predetermined time, shutting down the system platform; if the capacitance power button is touched for not longer than the predetermined time, the system platform receiving the power button signal in a second logic state and determining a subsequent operation status of the system platform and the capacitance button controller based on a system status signal; and if the capacitance button group is touched but the capacitance power button is not touched, the capacitance button controller entering into a power-saving state.
