Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, from a network entity, beam shape assistance information for one or more downlink transmit beams of a base station, the beam shape assistance information representing a beam shape of each of the one or more downlink transmit beams, the beam shape of each of the one or more downlink transmit beams having a quantization, and determines an angle between the UE and the base station based at least on the beam shape assistance information and signal strength measurements of positioning reference signal resources transmitted on the one or more downlink transmit beams.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may receive, from a base station, an indication of a degree of UE loading for at least one of a set of reconfigurable reflective surfaces that are configured to assist in communications between the UE and the base station. The UE may select a reconfigurable reflective surface for use in the communications between the UE and the base station based on the degree of UE loading of the selected reconfigurable reflective surface, and transmit a signal to the base station via the selected reconfigurable reflective surface. In some cases, the UE may receive, from the base station, an indication for the UE to use a different reconfigurable reflective surface than the selected reconfigurable reflective surface, and may transmit a second signal to the base station via a second reconfigurable reflective surface based on the indication.

Abstract: The techniques described herein may provide for sub-slot based physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition (i.e., back-to-back PUSCH repetition within a slot) according to user equipment (UE) capability. A UE may employ uplink data repetition capability reporting for base station scheduling of uplink data repetition and base station management of the number of transport blocks (TBs) that a UE supports (e.g., processes and transmits for uplink) on a per-slot basis. According to the techniques described herein, a UE may indicate whether it supports mini-slot repetition (e.g., for ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC), enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB), or both) via an uplink data repetition capability report. The uplink data repetition capability report may further indicate a maximum number of supported repetitions per TB, a number of supported TBs per slot, etc., such that a base station may configure or schedule PUSCH repetition based on the UE's reported capability.

Abstract: A UE receives control signaling that indicates that the UE is scheduled to transmit one or more uplink control channel messages on a first component carrier that overlap in a time domain with one or more uplink shared channel messages scheduled for transmission on a second component carrier. The UE resolves a first overlap of uplink control channels having a same priority level, if present, and resolves, after resolving the first overlap, a second overlap of an uplink control channel and at least one uplink shared channel having the same priority level, if present. The UE resolves two or more channels having a different priority level after resolving the first overlap and the second overlap.
