Abstract: Techniques for channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration in wireless communications are disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may decode a message including a CSI-RS configuration that indicates a CSI-RS window associated with one or more CSI-RS, with respect to one or more mobility related measurements. The UE may determine one or more mobility related measurements using the CSI-RS configuration, and measure the one or more CSI-RS using the determination of the one or more mobility related measurements. The UE may generate a report for the base station corresponding to the measurement of the one or more CSI-RS.

The wireless device may perform synchronization signal block (SSB) measurements according to the report and the symbol level beam sweeping configuration.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE) to perform PUCCH repetition based on signaling from at least one base station. The UE may connect to at least one base station. The UE may receive signaling from the at least one base station configuring physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission. The signaling may indicate a plurality of PUCCH resources for PUCCH repetition. The signaling may indicate a plurality of beams for PUCCH repetition. Based on the signaling from the at least one base station, the UE may transmit the PUCCH a plurality of times using the plurality of PUCCH resources and the plurality of beams.

The UE may receive, from the base station, an indication of a first type of downlink reference signals to perform beam failure detection. The UE may perform signal quality measurements for the one or more beams using the first type of downlink reference signals. The UE may determine beam failure of at least one beam of the one or more beams based on said performing signal quality measurements.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for operating transceiver circuitry to communicate signals on various frequency ranges based on primary cell and/or secondary cell assignments. A controller associated with the transceiver circuitry may operate a receiver to receive a handover initiation packet using a first frequency range as a primary cell from a base station. The controller may adjust the receiver and a transmitter to use a second frequency range as the primary cell, to adjust the receiver and the transmitter to detach from the first frequency range as the primary cell, and to reset information corresponding to the first frequency range to enable attachment of the first frequency range to a secondary cell.

In one embodiment, a method for signal quality monitoring in a wireless system is disclosed, comprising: determining, by a user device, to connect to the wireless system in a high reliability mode, and determining, based on the determination to connect to the wireless system in the high reliability mode, to use, by the user device, a first pair of out-of-sync (OOS) and in-sync (IS) block error rate (BLER) threshold values and/or a first set of transmission parameters for radio link monitoring (RLM), rather than a second pair of OOS and IS BLER threshold values or a second set of transmission parameters that are configured for use in a non-high reliability mode.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe methods, apparatuses, storage media, and systems for delivering UE capability indication to a positioning server in a wireless communication network. A user equipment (UE) or access note (AN) may notify a positioning server of UE capability information associated with positioning measurements so that the positioning server may determine corresponding positioning measurement configurations based on acknowledgement of such UE capability information in terms of the positioning measurement. Embodiments describe UE capability indications to a positioning server that may enable flexible deployment and integration of various types of UEs. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
