摘要: A system for identifying a plurality of components of a vehicle that includes a plurality of non-volatile memories for storing identifiers associated with the plurality of vehicle components, a controller of the plurality of the vehicle components, a communication network configured for connecting the controller to the plurality of memories, and an identifiers memory including a portion to store a list of a plurality of type-approved identifiers associated with the plurality of type-approved vehicle components. The controller receives the identifiers, reads from the portion of the identifiers memory the list of type-approved identifiers, and checks if the identifiers of the plurality of components are included in the list of the type-approved identifiers, and when the controller detects that an identifier associated with a component out of the plurality of components is not included in the list, the controller blocks operation of the component.

摘要: The voltage regulators are capable of limiting undershoots of the output voltage without having a similar effect on overshoots because of the presence of a current cancellation network, input with the reference voltage and coupled to the second input of the error amplifier. This current cancellation network is adapted to inject into the second input a unidirectional compensation current of the first and second currents injected by the first and second feedback networks, respectively, the compensation current being determined by time variations of the difference between a replica of the output regulated voltage and the reference voltage and/or by time variations of the reference voltage.

摘要: A motion analysis is applied to a signal to identify high-motion regions and low-motion regions. An analysis of low-level characteristics of the signal, such as a skin tone or contrast analysis, is used to generate a map of regions with low-level characteristics. The map is filtered to identify regions having both low-level characteristics and low motion. Based on a comparison of the area of the regions having both low-level characteristics and low motion to a threshold, regions of interest are identified. If the area is greater than the threshold, the regions of interest are identified as a function of the high-motion regions and of the regions that have both low-level characteristics and low motion. Otherwise, the regions of interest are identified as a function of the high-motion regions and of regions identified using face detection.

摘要: A method is provided for controlling a converter of the multiphase interleaving type. According to the method, there is detected when a change of the load applied to an output terminal of the converter occurs. All the phases of the converter are simultaneously turned off, and a driving interleaving phase shift is recovered so as to restart a normal operation of the converter. A controller for carrying out such a method is also provided.

摘要: A threshold comparator with hysteresis includes a comparator circuit, having a first input, for receiving an input voltage, a second input, and an output, which supplies an output voltage having a first value and a second value. A current generator, controlled by the output voltage, supplies a current to the first input in the presence selectively of one between the first value and second value of the output voltage. A selector circuit connects the second input of the comparator circuit to a first reference voltage source, which supplies a first reference voltage, in response to first edges of the output voltage, and to a second reference voltage source, which supplies a second reference voltage, in response to second edges of the output voltage, opposite to the first edges.

摘要: A method for managing a queue, such as for example a FIFO queue, and executing a look-ahead function on the data contained in the queue includes associating to the data in the queue respective state variables (C1, C2, . . . CK), the value of each of which represents the number of times a datum is present in the queue. The look-ahead function is then executed on the respective state variables, preferentially using a number of state variables (C1, C2, . . . CK) equal to the number of different values that may be assumed by the data in the queue. The look-ahead function can involve identification of the presence of a given datum in the queue and is, in that case, executed by verifying whether among the state variables (C1, C2, . . . CK) there exists a corresponding state variable with non-nil value.

摘要: An interface device, such as for a System-on-Chip (SoC) bus, transfers data from an input queue through an output to a target. The interface device includes a buffer network for buffering input data when the target is not available for receiving the data. A multiplexer switches between a first operating condition for directing to the target the data from the input queue, and a second operating condition for directing to the target the buffered data from the buffer network. A finite-state machine selectively switches the multiplexer between the first operating condition and the second operating condition based on an acknowledgement signal received from the target. This indicates the availability of the target for receiving the data.
