    Abstract: The ceramic sintered body of the present disclosure has yttrium oxide as a main component and contains yttrium silicate, and a ratio (I1/I0) of a maximum peak intensity I1 of yttrium silicate having a diffraction angle 2θ of 30° to 32° with respect to a maximum intensity Io of yttrium oxide having a diffraction angle 2θ of 28° to 30°, which is obtained by an X-ray diffraction method, is 0.03 or more and 0.12 or less. The member for the plasma processing apparatus is made of the ceramic sintered body, its inside is a cylindrical body which serves as a flow path for a plasma generating gas, and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body contains a larger amount of yttrium silicate than an outer peripheral surface thereof.

    Abstract: In mobile equipment that is configured for remote operation there are the competing interests of minimizing the number and complexity of cameras by using wide-angle cameras, while avoiding the fisheye distortion inherent in wide-angle cameras, which can be disorienting to remote operators. Thus, a method is disclosed that switches between video processing configurations depending on a machine state of the mobile equipment. For example, a first machine state may represent that the mobile equipment is immobile, whereas a second machine state may represent that the mobile equipment is mobile. In the first machine state, the video configuration does not correct for fisheye distortion, so as to maximize the field of view in the video while the mobile equipment is immobile. In the second machine state, the video configuration does correct for fisheye distortion, so as to prevent disorientation of the remote operator while the mobile equipment is mobile.

    Abstract: Logical hierarchies include an append hierarchy in a storage device. The storage device writes user data received in the append hierarchy to a free area, select a garbage collection operation mode for a first logical area in the append hierarchy from operation modes including first and second operation modes. Conditions of executing the garbage collection in the first operation mode include a capacity of the free area in the append hierarchy being less than a threshold, and an amount of garbage that is invalid data after update in the first logical area being equal to or greater than a threshold. Conditions of executing the garbage collection in the second operation mode include the amount of garbage in the first logical area being equal to or greater than a threshold value, while excluding the condition of the capacity of the free area in the append hierarchy.
