Abstract:
In a manufacturing method of a semiconductor structure, a substrate having a front surface and a back surface is provided. The front surface has a device layer thereon and conductive plugs electrically connected to the device layer. A thinning process is performed on the back surface of the substrate, such that the back surface of the substrate and surfaces of the conductive plugs have a distance therebetween. Holes are formed in the substrate from the back surface to the conductive plugs, so as to form a porous film. An oxidization process is performed, such that the porous film correspondingly is reacted to form an oxide material layer. A polishing process is performed on the oxide material layer to expose the surfaces of the conductive plugs.

The present invention is directed to a de-spreading method for a noncoherent receiver including: obtaining an output signal from a matched filter of a noncoherent receiver, which is PSK modulated and is at least two times upsampled; performing a noncoherent demodulation step including performing a differential operation on an in-phase and quadrature-phase components of the output signal of the matched filter to obtain a demodulated signal; and performing a de-spreading step on the demodulated signal with a PN table corresponding to the demodulated signal to obtain the de-spreaded data, wherein the PN table corresponding to the demodulated data contains chips which are either logic 1 or logic −1. A noncoherent receiver is also provided.

A turntable having multiple-point touch function for a digital sound-signal device includes a base formed with a central insert hole having a lower side provided with a load sensor, with a photo-sensor installed at one inner end of the base. A multiple-point touch-induction circuit is fixed on the base, having different sensing regions and bored with a central through hole. A touch-control turntable assembled on the circuit board has a central post protruding downward to be inserted through both the through hole and the insert hole for combining the base, the circuit board and the turntable together, the combining post having its lower end touching the load sensor. The turntable has its outer end edge provided with lots of light-obstructing plates protruding downward for obstructing light with the photo-sensor. The touch-control turntable is preset with plural memory regions to be touched for outputting different sound effects.
Abstract:
An oil filter canister adapter of the present invention mainly includes a base, a rotatable plate, three rotatable members, and three holders. The rotatable plate and the rotatable members are respectively disposed on the base. The rotatable members contact with the rotatable plate respectively, so that the rotatable plate can rotate and drive the rotatable members to rotate. The holders are detachably disposed on the rotatable members respectively. Distances between any two adjacent holders are consistent in value. The distances between the holders are adjustable when the rotatable members rotate. Therefore, the holders can be detached from the rotatable members. Volume of the adapter is minimized for storage. As such, cost of transportation or storage of the adapter can be well controlled.

Said power connector is provided with an orientating mechanism to change the angle between said power connector and said circuit board. Said power connector is further included with an input port for receiving the input of an external power source, a contact terminal for matching with the connector on motherboard, and at least one output port for outputting power to peripheral devices.
Abstract:
A fabrication method of an active device array substrate is disclosed. A first metal material layer, a gate insulation material layer, a channel material layer, a second metal material layer, and a first photoresist layer are formed over a substrate sequentially. The first photoresist layer is patterned with a multi-tone mask to form a first patterned photoresist layer with two thicknesses. A first and second removing processes are performed sequentially using the first patterned photoresist layer as a mask to form a gate, a gate insulation layer, a channel layer, and a source/drain. The first patterned photoresist layer is removed. A passivation layer and a second patterned photoresist layer are formed over the substrate. A third removing process is performed to form a plurality of contact holes. A pixel electrode material layer is formed over the substrate. The second patterned photoresist layer is lifted off to form a pixel electrode.

The water circulation system includes an electric base, a rubber cork plugged into the top of the water circulation system and having a baffle inserted into a concave hole, a circular threaded pipe including a nebulizer and a water pump, two arc-shaped bridging support stands provided for connecting both sides of the electric base in an arc shape, a latch structure disposed at a lower end of the support stand, latches disposed on both sides of the electric base, and a water dripping device installed at an upper end of the bridging support stand.
Abstract:
Apparatus for positioning and method for the same are disclosed. The apparatus comprises two transceivers and four time-to-digital converters. The time-to-digital converters compare the phase difference between two signals, one is the crystal oscillation and the other is the phase of the IF (intermediate frequency) signal extracted before ADC receiving by the transceiver. The method comprises the following steps: The first place transmits a first wireless signal by a first transceiver to the second place. The second place then responds a second wireless signal by a second transceiver to the first place. The first phase difference at the first place is then measured by the time-to-digital converter. The second phase difference at the second place is also measured. The distance between the first place and the second place is proportional to one half of the sum of first phase difference and the second phase difference.

The invention is related to a shell opening and closing mechanism for utility knife. The utility knife comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a lock button in the terminal end of the upper shell. Mainly, the upper shell and the lower shell are assembled into one unit in the middle through an axle. Thus, the two shells can open or close to each other by rotation. Further, the lock button in the terminal end of the upper shell provides closing lock. Thus, the utility knife is provided with operational safety and convenience. Moreover, the front of the shells of the utility knife bears maximum deviated cutting force and therefore safety is enhanced when the blade in cutting.
