    摘要: It is an object to provide a boarding bridge that can guide passengers to a predetermined gangway at the distal end and in which safety can be improved. A boarding bridge is provided which includes a proximal-end tunnel and a distal-end tunnel telescopically fitted together and capable of relative movement in a longitudinal direction; and a traveling unit mounted at the lower part of a movable leg that supports the distal-end tunnel and moving the movable leg by traveling; wherein the traveling unit includes a pair of traveling devices disposed with a certain distance therebetween in the widthwise direction of the distal-end tunnel, the traveling devices each having an axle rotatable about a vertically extending axis, a plurality of tires rotatably mounted to the axle with a certain distance therebetween, and a traveling motor that rotationally drives the axle; and a rotation synchronizing member that synchronizes the rotation angles of the axles in the pair of traveling devices.

    摘要: An apparatus of feeding mailpieces such as envelopes is disclosed. The apparatus includes a supply conveyer for supporting thereon an array of mailpieces which are arranged in a tilted-backward position and moving such mailpieces forward, and a suction feeder which is located downstream of the supply conveyer for picking up by suction a forefront mailpiece from the array of mailpieces on the supply conveyer. The suction feeder has a rotary drum, a shaft rotatably supported in the drum and disposed with the axis thereof oriented in parallel to and offset from the axis of the drum. An external gear is fixed on the shaft for rotation therewith and a stationary internal gear engages with the external gear, the gear ratio of the external gear to the internal gear being n:n+1, wherein n represents an integer. A plurality of suction means arranged at positions radially spaced at a predetermined distance from the shaft and substantially equiangularly spaced from each other and movable integrally with the shaft in conjunction with the rotation of the drum for picking up each forefront mailpiece from the array of mailpieces on the supply conveyer.

The upper end holding resilient member 50 has an U-shaped cross section, a pair of fitting rods extending along the longitudinal direction thereof are attached at both sides of both ends of the longitudinal direction thereof, and each end of each fitting rod 52 is attached removably in an engagement groove 58 of an adapter 56 attached in the container 2. In accordance with the container 2 for flat panel of the present invention, it is possible to take custody of or transport a plural of flat panels such as glass substrates used for flat display devices without destroying them and contaminating the surfaces of them.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus sequentially reads image data corresponding to an area to be displayed from an image memory by use of an access address. This image memory stores the image data corresponding to the display area and other image data for other uses. The access address for the image memory is determined by the image processing apparatus such that the access address is increased from the predetermined start address in response to a scanning of a display screen. When the access address reaches at a predetermined boundary address representative of an address of the last image data corresponding to the display area of the image memory, the access address jumps to a predetermined jump destination address (such as the start address). Hence, the display will be started from the jump destination address, whereby the other image data can be prevented from being used for the display or from being destructed.
