Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of aluminum nitride, including: providing an electrolyte including choline chloride, urea, aluminum chloride, boric acid, and ascorbic acid; disposing a workpiece, wherein at least a part of the workpiece is in contact with the electroplating solution; heating the electrolyte to within 60° C.-95° C.; applying an operating current to electroplate aluminum onto the workpiece; and annealing the aluminum on the workpiece to form aluminum nitride.

Abstract: A plasma air purifying device includes a container and at least one plasma-generating element. The container includes a container body, a plurality of first partition plates and a plurality of second partition plates. The container body has an air inlet, an air outlet, and an accommodating space between the air inlet and the air outlet, and the accommodating space includes a plasma zone and a reaction zone. The first partition plates and the second partition plates are staggered in the reaction zone to separate a plurality of reaction chambers. The reaction chambers integrate spatially first through channels of the corresponding first partition plates and second through channels of the corresponding second partition plates so as to form a repetitive bending reaction channel, such that the plasma can purify the air flowing through the air inlet, the plasma zone, the repetitive bending reaction channel and the air outlet.

Abstract: A plasma polymerization apparatus is provided for forming a polymerization coating on an inner surface of an object. The plasma polymerization apparatus comprises a chamber, a gas supply, a monomer source, a first electrode, a second electrode, a power source, and a metal foil. The gas supply is connected to the chamber for filling the chamber with a working gas. The monomer source is connected to the chamber for providing a vaporized monomer material into the chamber. The first electrode is located at a first side of the chamber. The second electrode is located at a second side of the chamber. The power source is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode for generating plasma. The metal foil is wrapped around an outer surface of the object and placed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A plasma polymerization method is also provided.

Abstract: One object of the present invention is to provide a headlight control system. The headlight control system is configured to be used with a headlight of a vehicle. The headlight control system includes a first light sensor, a microcontroller, a first driving motor and an optical lens module. The optical lens module is disposed in front of the headlight to receive illumination of the headlight. The microcontroller is electrically connected to the first light source sensor and configured to receive a signal transmitted by the first light sensor. The first driving motor is electrically connected to the microcontroller. The first driving motor is configured to follow an instruction from the microcontroller to drive a first driving mechanism. The first driving mechanism is configured to adjust the optical lens module upon being driven by the first driving motor.

Abstract: Provided are a two-way fluid sensing device, a two-way fluid sensing method, and the manufacturing method of the fluid sensing device. The fluid sensing device includes: a substrate, which is a through-hole membrane with channels penetrating from the top surface to the bottom surface of the substrate; an interdigitated electrode having a plurality of interdigitated structures and disposed on the substrate; and a fluid sensing layer containing fluid sensing material and disposed on the interdigitated electrode. Therefore, fluid molecules can interact with the fluid sensing layer from both the top and bottom sides of the fluid sensing device, such that the fluid sensing device of the present invention can exhibit higher sensitivity, and can be vertically integrated with other electronic devices or 3D circuits.
