The present disclosure relates to a mechatronic assembly for positioning a member including a control unit and an actuator, the control unit including a control algorithm and a power bridge, the algorithm controlling the power bridge, the power bridge outputting a two-wire electric signal, the actuator including a polyphase brushless electric motor having N phases (N being or higher), binary probes for detecting the position of the rotor of the motor, and power switches suitable for supplying the N phases of the motor from the two-wire electric signal, and states of the power switches is controlled directly by a signal emitted by the detection probes.

A position sensor, in particular, intended for detecting the torsion of a steering column, includes a first magnetized rotor structure comprising magnets, a second stator structure comprising two rings extended by teeth that are axially oriented and interlocked, and a third stationary collector structure including two flux collection parts that define at least one air gap in which at least one magnet-sensitive element is placed. The flux collection parts and the ring gears define a magnetic permeance independent of the relative radial and angular position of the second stator structure with respect to the third collector structure. The collection parts comprise an angular collection sector and a primary collection zone continued by a prolongation having a secondary collection zone. The secondary collection zones end in flat extensions forming two poles of the air gap. The transverse median plane of the air gap intersects at least one of the prolongations.

A cycle driving device has a torque sensor, a crankset axle or a hub connected to a plate by a coupling, and a driving and measuring member having a first section secured in rotation with the crankset axle or hub, and a second section connected to the plate. A magnetic field source is supported by one of the sections. The coupling member incorporates a torque detection device. The first and second sections cooperate through an elastically deformable element. The torque detection device comprises a fixed magneto-sensitive element that measures a magnetic field according to the relative angular position of the first and second sections, and is capable of converting the magnetic field into an electrical signal. The magnetic field measurement is performed at a single axial position in the periphery of the first and second sections independently of the rotation of the crankset axle or hub.

An actuator for controlling the movement of an element between two stable positions with pulsed electrical control without a change in polarity comprises: a ferromagnetic mobile mass, at least one electrically controlled wire coil that is fixed with respect to the mobile mass, at least two ferromagnetic poles that are fixed with respect to the mobile mass and on either side of the mobile mass. The actuator comprises at least one permanent magnet that attracts the mobile mass in order to achieve the two stable positions. The mobile mass defines, with the ferromagnetic poles, at least two variable air gaps during the movement of the mobile apparatus. The magnetic flux of the permanent magnet opposes the magnetic flux generated by the at least one coil regardless of the position of the mobile mass.

An electric machine comprises a yoke supporting N toroidal coils and a central rotor comprising a permanent magnet. The yoke has a plurality of stator modules comprising at least one stator core made from a soft ferromagnetic material supporting at least one coil. The stator cores have, at their front ends, complementary coupling surfaces providing magnetic and mechanical continuity. The machine further comprises—a cylindrical outer casing made from a thermally conductive material, —a plurality of continuous and solid longitudinal ribs extending radially and positioned between the cylindrical outer casing and the stator modules, in order to ensure the mechanical positioning of the yoke relative to the outer casing and promote the thermal conduction of heat from the yoke toward the outer casing.

The fixed magnet surrounds the coil and includes two semicylindrical portions, the generatrices of which are orthogonal to the axis of rotation A, the first of the semicylindrical portions having a north pole directed toward the coil, orthogonally to the direction of the generatrices and being positioned outside the coil, the second having a south pole directed toward the coil, orthogonally to the direction of the generatrices and also being positioned outside the coil opposite the first portion. The actuator includes a ferromagnetic core inside the coil and an outer ferromagnetic yoke surrounding the fixed magnet, the coil moving in the air gap formed between the magnetized semicylindrical portions and the inner core.

The disclosure relates to a valve for controlling the circulation of a fluid, having a valve body and a housing containing an electric motor composed of a stator and of a rotor, a needle, a sealing bell and also a fixed screw or a fixed nut. The fixed screw or the fixed nut is secured to the valve body, and the stator is secured to the valve body via the housing. The sealing bell is positioned at the interface between the rotor and the stator in such a way that the screw/nut, the rotor and the needle are within this bell and submerged in the fluid, the stator being isolated from the fluid. Furthermore, the rotor has the function of a nut or of a screw, and has a helical movement imposed by the fixed screw or the fixed nut and drives the needle axially. The motor is a brushless polyphase motor with radial principal magnetic flux.
